    I've kept looking at this bag over the last few months, of all their customizable bags it's the one that catches my eye the most, so thanks for reviewing it! It's a bit small for my EDC needs, but I may come back to it if I end up wanting to try a sub-20L bag again. With the extra customizations you made, roughly how much more did the price go up for you? Have a good one!

      Thank you for watching and I’m glad the video was helpful! For the ones I added it was around 5-10 dollars difference

    Hey, great review. I’m in between this one and the Authority Deluxe from TimBuk2. Which one do you find has more space?

      Thank you for watching and I’m glad the video was helpful! They can both hold quite a bit but the simpler layout of this one feels like it provides a bit more space. One caveat is that this doesn’t have a separate laptop compartment so if you have a bulkier device it could take up space in the main compartment and they may end up holding about the same

    Would this be able to hold 11x17" tabloid paper?

    Great review! So I’ve actually had this bag for about 5 years. And yes those hooks on the bottom ALWAYS slip out when you’re wearing the backpack. Very annoying. If you want an EDC or laptop bag, Timbuk2 has much better options

      Thank you for watching and for sharing your experience with the bag! Although I’ve enjoyed the bag I agree timbuk2 has some really compelling alternatives to this one

    Hi!
    Is it possible to put a 17.3 inches laptop in this backpack ? How much water resistant it is ?
    Thank you very much!

      Thank you for watching! I believe this should be able to hold a 17 inch laptop and for the weather resistance it may depend on the materials you choose for different areas of the bag, in general I think it will do fine in light rain but water might seep in in heavier weather

      Did you ever try this for the 17.3 laptop or find one that worked for you? It's a great review, but the reply to your question wasn't firm. There are a bunch of packs that say it can take up to a 17" laptop, but many of the gaming laptops now are 17.3, 17.4, etc, so that little extra makes it a hard question.
      I actually ordered a Timbuk2 Authority which says it can take up to a 17, but again, the 17.3 is really just to tight and doesn't work.

    How is it with rain?

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  4 місяці тому

      Thank you for watching! It offers a pretty good amount of weather resistance for light to medium rain
