I think this is a great launch! Love the selection of shades they started with. I have Wonder Boy from the Disney collection, and I enjoy the formula. I'll probably pick up one of the lighter shades--either Keep It Koi or Can U Even. I have very unpigmented lips naturally, and I often am on the hunt for colors that are closer to my natural lip shade that don't look too dry and cracky. I do wish the shades they chose to pair in the duos were a little more different from each other. Almost all the duos are two colors that are similar enough that I don't think I'd want both of them. I would prefer if they set up duos that were something like 1. a light nude and a dark nude, 2. a warm toned nude and a berry shade, 3. a cool-toned medium shade and a warm-toned medium shade, 4. a medium nude and a red, 5. a red shade and a berry shade, etc.
Can I just say how much I love the look you’re wearing in the intro? Your skin glows, the eyes are a nice blend of sultry and colorful, and the lip is super flattering on you!

Your editing is crazy! I can see the cuts during the lip swatches, and I get how you can make a mark to stand in the same exact place, but even your head and lips are in the same place. woah, just found your channel, and of all the swatch videos of the lux velvet liquid lipsticks I've seen, yours are true to colour with no blinding light or filters that wash out the colours and i want you to know how much i appreciate that. The first time i bought from colourpop, the lip colours looked a lot darker in real life compared to the photos they had online and the swatches that were done on youtube as well.

That helps me decide wether I “need” a shade or if I already have something similar. (Like most people, I tend to gravitate toward certain shades/tones and end up having too many similar shades/tones cluttering my lip product drawers.)

Thank you for verifying that these aren't LE. Now I don't have to rush and panic to get them lol. They're definitely on my short list though 💗 I'm not a matte lip fan but I also don't wear anything that's too glossy in a medium-darker shade so this helps bridge the gap for me and I REALLY LOVE THEM! Hopefully they add more mid-light shades. For example, I live slightly orange toned lippies but it seems like they're either too bright/deep or too coral-pink. It's really hard to find a nice mid depth orangey shade. Sometimes it's the same with purple tones as well as red. Fingers crossed 😊 Thanks for the in depth video 💕

I have an older one but I'm honestly too worried about getting hateful comments about how much I have 😅 It's hard for some people to understand that I put all of this stuff to work in a very different way, like these big old comparison videos for example, and a lot a ppl just see the amount and get upset.

Could you possibly do a video explaining why the pressed glitters are so bad? Always curious to learn more about makeup and would love to know the reason why!
I won’t do a video but here’s the gist... Pressed glitters are made of pieces of plastic that can cut the surface of the eye, possibly causing irritation, infection and even scarring/visual impairment. That’s all there is to it- pieces of plastic in your eyeball = bad.

Great swatches, I love that you show them in different groups by color and added in the Disney ones that are still available. I want to try these but picking the right color is always hard. I'm considering keep it koi, may be too nude pale. Flynn may actually be a great color for me after all (I like darker mauves & darker berry if I'm not doing dark vampy plums). I might have tried genie but it's sold out. I may not have thought of Flynn if I didn't see it in your vid. Hopefully it is still in stock by my next order (just got a few things last month with the final Safia restock which I got the 2 I wanted & kept missing, plus 2 other first time lip products for me, a lippie stix & an ultra blotted).
