Best name concept I have for your first design is Translupin, portmanteau of translucent and lupin. Second one I’ve got Amphibelisk. Cloboulder sounds pretty rocking for the third guy. I’m more in love with your fourth design than the original tbh. I don’t have any good ideas for a name on that one though. With the armor though, maybe Tyranarmor Skipping to the final design, Stomping Needle.

A sirocco also blows, so it fits with the first part of the name too). 4:11 - The aardvark: Carvark (from "caries" which causes holes in your teeth since it's covered in cavities & "aardvark" since it looks similar to one now). 5:20 - The buff fish: Merrogon (from "mer" meaning sea and also "mermaid", "merrow" which is a type of Mermaid found in British myths, & "gon" both in reference to lagoons and the Creature From the Black Lagoon which it resembles a bit - just too bad that Zigzagoon is in the same generation). 5:55 - The eeveelution: Petreon (from "petra" - the Latin word for "rock" since thius very much feels like a Rock-type to me, & "eon" as a reference to the other Eeveelutions). 6:55 - The walnut: Phantaspit (from "phantasm" since we're making it Ghost-type, & "pit" as it lives in that little pit in its nut). And 7:50 - Paradox Cacturne: Prowling Spines, referencing Cacturne's predatory behavior as presented in the Pokédex & its spines.

I'd say its origin is Bemular who is also from Ultraman due to more similar appearance and is the first monster to be caught in a capsule which is a huge inspiration for Pokémon. But since it was the closest to a Godzilla mon and everyone loves making Godzilla references it kinda just filled that role.
The concept Cacturn sure did the dex entries justice. What a place to iterate from. While comcept Metagross forever changed my view of the now arachnid. The extradimentional dog sure had some interesting concep.
Fun fact, the Unown text on the rock frog one (which we name Templar, because Temple, and to name it after Templar Studios known for the equally mysterious Bionicle series) actually has been translated and possibly confirms who made this art. It reads "OKUTANI JUN O DESIGN NANODAYO" hinting that Jun Okutani (who was on the art team during Gen 3 development) made these concepts.

Ken Sugimori has talked about the pokemon design process before. Draw cool monster idea -> make it friendlier/marketable -> develop pre-evolutions. (Pokemon are almost always designed with the final stage first)
My headcanon for the first dog is that it is an evolution vor Electrike, where it becomes so overloaded it turns to plasma and becomes an electric/ghost type.
Alternatively, make Ultra Beasts with the designs more faithfully taken. They might even have been the inspiration for "what if we made some alien Pokémon that look literally nothing like Pokémon?" four gens later.
As for Godzilla lore, the original Godzilla movie killed off its star at the end (with something called the "Oxygen Destroyer" if you must know). Its bones were then reused as the base for at least one iteration of Mechagodzilla.
when I make fakemon, i just draw them out of no where and from scratch, not really drawing concepts in order to make them i just design as i draw right off the back
and Gareth, another Kaiju and think could be what the blue dinosaur looking back to Pokémon to bree. Although again it could be a scrapped version of the logo that both blue sauropods the long neck dinosaurs, some green elements to the design and spikes.
Also hear me out the werewolf fish. Pokémon could’ve been beta tap scary as its head does sort of dragon like to me so it could’ve been water dragon type. Perhaps they re-visited the concept of a non-legendary and non-Kendra water dragon type and use this design as a basis, especially considering the fact that one of the concept arts for that fish, Pokémon has it sort of holding it self upright kind of like category does it cool to be by to pokier but I don’t see it
As cool as your designs are, I do kinda wish you kept the beta designs as they were. I would've liked to have seen how those designs looked in the official style.
I really hope someone comes up with balanced stats, types, names and abilities for these Pokémon, and then make sprites for them and add them for a Pokémon Emerald romhack. It would be raw af.

The beta dog thing pokemon could have been early concept of Deoxys or a DNA mythical pokemon that isn't an Alien at first and more like Gene Splicing... well thats how I interpret the transparent body and those colored lines are just strands of DNA.

Tyranitar is actually not supposed to be godzilla, it‘s supposed to be a monster from ultraman calles Jirass
Jirass is literally Godzilla (As in, the actual Godzilla suit used on movies from that era) but with a fin added on though.

Im not sure the pillar frog actually doesn't have a tail. The pillar is probally a prop piece to show it can climb like a tree frog.
