I've been on the camo grind trying to get that Orion camo
Great video bro I also have two Hex Controller unboxings on my channel. They're absolutely fantastic with the options and they deliver fast considering they're from China. Hghly recommend them
Hey Craig, have you managed to install a 030 yet? Got them kits ready to go but due to CNY they have delayed the installation video. There seems to be some significant changes, there is a added sticky foam and the white trigger flex cables are not present at all. Just wondering if you had more insight or installed them yet
I've not yet installed one, but extremerate sent me the install video and asked if I could do the commentary. Yeah you not add a little piece of foam or sticky stuff to that connection which sandwiches between the board, something to do with a better connection and nope no need to remove the ribbons, by the looks of the video they don't even come out
They sent me the kit out, I fitted it and it just didn't work very well at all for me, so didn't bother uploading the video. The soldering wasn't to bad, just when I adjust the things you turn and put everything back together is was still not right. Maybe I got a faulty kit?
Hey Craig! Did you ever check out the newer version of the clicky triggers? I saw you did a few videos on the clicky triggers but haven’t seen you do a video on the newer Micro Switches. Any thoughts?
Hex actually sent me a full custom controller with them, I know there's two different versions the soft and hard, I'm sure they sent me the hard as they're super stiff to press, no sure if it's because they're brand new! Extremerate did send me some micros but I never fitted them, I seen they cut wires and stuff on the video which I wasn't a fan of, I'm still just using the regular tactile triggers
I've done a video on them both, but much prefer the tactile ones even if they are £1 they're much nicer feel and sound. Don't get me wrong the Clicky do the job, but the tac just feel that bit better. My friends who I've fitted the clickys for ages ago then tried my tacs and asked me to uninstall the clicky and install the tacs 😄
um is there gonna be a new drop for the newer version of ps5 controllers cuz i bought a extreme rate bundle and the cables sizes dont match with the black ps5 controller i just bought
Do they have the old potentiometers? Or Hall effect thumb sticks? Stick drift puts me off buying an expensive controller. I’m tempted to buy a thumb stick drift fix kit and make my own dual sense edge for half the price lol
No Ps5 pad off the top of my head does hall, think it's due to cost! I'd just buy a regular controller and mod it yourself with some back buttons for £40. Not sure which country your from but here in the UK a Game shop offers 2 or 3 year stick drift replacement, meaning if you get stick drift they give you a brand new pad there and then

The mic ribbon? I wouldn't worry unless you use your controller to speak with people. Few people have snapped theirs saying how brittle and flimsy they are, but the pad still worked as normal

It didn't turn on at all? Normally the issue people have is the L1/L2 ribbon cable they fit it the wrong way . If your pad isn't turning on at all I'd double check the battery connection

No need to apologise I'm happy to help, I've just got home from work as I work night, so if I don't reply I've fallen asleep, but will get back. So the cable I mean is the one on the right hand side, it's the one for your Left hand side L1 and L2, but when the controller is open you're obviously looking at it back to front. The one with the long skinny piece that goes across and connects to the bit on the back with the latches is R1/R2 if that makes sense? Like I say people fit the ribbon slightly wrong, but the pad still turns on. I'd really check the battery connection first, see if its that then check the rest. Don't stress though, just take your time
Hello, I installed a rise4 back paddle kit on a pre owned controller, when I turned it on everything worked, but the touchpad and microphone didn’t, is it possible I messed it up?
If the touchpad doesn't work it'll just be the ribbon at the top of the board, you know when you look at the controller from the back with the cover off, the ribbon on the top you remove is for the trackpad so probably not pressed down enough

Does it not work at all, not even if you press it hard? You could try going into remap mode, then mapping another button to that right paddle, like say you had X, try O, then try X again
@@CraigsChannel so I’ve just took the triggers off and touching the circuit board where’s the triggers touch it seems that the board it’s self is not reacting well on that side so most probs a new kit needed
@@djsklostboiz you get a 12 month warranty. Just message them on here or twitter, explain I've tried to help you but you think the back piece is faulty, give them your order and they should send a new piece
Aim hasn't ever been in touch with me, the next controller I'll be trying is the offical Sony Edge when it's released next month, big price tag £210. I really thought Sony would have offered it for around £150 to compete

This one I got from Hex, I hate to be negative towards companys who give me stuff but this new designs on the back buttons is horrible, the one I had before this the normal 2 button feels much better and you can press them. I'm going to give it a week and see how I feel but at the moment I wouldn't recommend anybody to get the ultimate, stick with the rival or rival pro
You'll need a cronus zen for something like that. Tbh recoil is easy to handle, just put your sensitivity down and maybe have a practice game in a party to check the recoil pattern on the gun you're wanting to use

Can I install the clicky face buttons, led buttons, and back buttons on one controller.
Yeah I'm pretty sure you can install all 3. Personally I just use the tactile clicky triggers and back buttons, I wasn't to fussed about the LED kit
I just put together my extreme rate paddles onto my ps5 controller and they work but once I load up a game nothing works do you know what I can do?
Double check the L1/L2 ribbon cable, you might have installed it the wrong way, that's normally the reason your issue happens

Does the ultimate automatically come with mouse click triggers?
You customise what you want when you order. There's a couple of triggers, the clicky, clicky tactile and now the micro switches
