Rumors are amazing to hear and see
Human/Dino hybrids would totally kill the franchise. I'm not opposed to a scenario where a dino has Human DNA spliced in (in regards to intelligence), but a full 50/50 split would be ridiculous, and would stop being a Jurassic film at that point. It'd just morph into something different.
This rumour sounds like a republication of the old Jurassic Park 4 script. Thus, I desperately hope this rumour is wrong.

It is as if Universal gave us that buildup to “Dinosaurs in our world” and now they’re just shying away from it.
maybe they could learn from their mistakes? All their movies that focus on action and visuals have been a meh, as for dark gritty movies, the first Jurassic park, the lost world and battle at big rock, those held my attention the whole time and left me wanting more. I don't want any more action flicks with lack luster plots, a seemingly invincible bad ass and a couple dinos here and there so they can call it a Jurassic movie
I thought Steven Spielberg didnt want a dumb JP movie like the transformer sequel movies, a Human half Dinosaur is dumb. John Wick character, and some action hero shooting guns, and rolling around does not sound like Spielberg type film, he didnt like the guns in ET.

The main thing people didn't like about Dominion was the it being set in a secluded place again rather than on the mainland as everyone expected. Surely they won't do the same thing yet again?

The human dino hybrid was something from one of hte books or atleast mentioned, however isn't that technically already done with Macy? I thought she was sort of a slight mentioned towards that. Plus making human dino hybrid is a tad silly nowadays.

It's not Jurassic City, that rumor was made up by the same people pushing the "Escape from New York with dinosaurs" rumor that has since been denied by the production. Location scouting was happening in Hawaii.

Incorrect. The movie doesn't have an official title. It is in production under the working title of "Saga" or "Saga Productions". Location scouting was also happening in Hawaii near where the first movie was filmed, so it's not even set in a city.
i hope to go they are fake, they are most likely fake anyway. Most people just want Jurassic World IV

FYI, Prions are not viruses and they are not the same thing.
I don’t see what’s wrong with the old script…at least when it comes to the hybrids. It just seems to be the most realistic thing scientists would try next so that’s what makes it the best move for the franchise story wise.
Personally, I think the next Jurassic Park movies should do something similar to the recent planner of the age trilogy. take the virus from that movie for example, basically make DX like that a deadly virus that nearly drives humans to extinction and makes the animals smart
I just hope we see Isabella Sermon return. She’s a good actress. I didn’t like Fallen Kingdom or Dominion all that much but she was fantastic in both of those movies.
I like Fallen Kingdom, thought the editing wasn't great as it felt like 2 different films into 1

Even knowing that David Leitch was courted for an action-centric production, John Wick as a template such an odd choice.
Overall, I think there's a lot of potentially exciting material to be derived from what happened to Sorna since 2001.
