1. Have your dinner within 1 hour of sunset
2. Have your 1st meal of morning when you feel hungry. (It will be natural fasting)
3. Remove your phone,laptop,tab,tv before 1 hour of going to sleep
4. Eat your every meal at same time everyday.
5. Do not use phone for 1 hour after waking up.
6. Connect with nature after waking up in the morning.

3. Do not eat till an hour after sunrise. Try 12/13/14/15 hours. Go by your body. Listen to it
4.phones off 1 hour before bedtime have huge emotional issues if u can't keep phones off for an hour
5. Sleep by 9:30-10:30
6. Get up before sunrise. Connect with nature .no phones for 2 hours in the morning
7. Eat at the same time everyday.
Exceptions weekends if required. Try to keep this up as long as possible. Whether 1 day or 10 days of 14.

I’m taking this 14 day challenge. But how am I gonna take all meals at the same time everyday, if on one day I feel hungry in 12 hours but on the other in 16 hours ? Should I continue this practice with the rest of the meals except breakfast or eat without complete appetite ?

I am following such kind of changes in my lifestyle after researching a lot about the holistic way of getting healthy n disease free , facing challenges n ups n downs everyday no one knows about... but I believe this way natural way of living by making little little lifestyle changes is the only best solution for all of our mind body as well as soul problems . Yayyy I am following all already, except connecting with nature in the morning . I don’t live on social media as well. In the last couple of years I have slowly eliminated most of the social media fb, Insta, LinkedIn, never was on twitter , Netflix , Amazon prime . I have a time limit on UA-cam . I feel I have a lot of time to so many things and learn new skills .
Been following the same routine from past 5 months and surely saw the change🥰

@@manyatiwari1148 corrected my sleeping routine from unfixed hours of 12-4 am to 10-11 pm simultaneously the waking up hours. Followed by changing the eating routine kept a gap of 7-8 hours between 2 meals. First meal before 9 am and the next meal after 3 pm mostly upto 4- 4:15 pm. For work out I followed Chloe ting. And ate mostly satvik food. When got cravings ate some healthier alternative rather than processed packaged food. With a bit of pranayam and asanas in the morning in sunlight.

Hi Luke, I find you advice very straight to the point with simple and understandable logic. However I am sure I can not afford you as my nutrition coach😅 so here’s an attempt to sort out 2 problems out of 1000. Can you please address these two questions for me.
1. Each time I start being strict with my diet, eating only simple home cooked meals, one my calorie do reduce majorly, it helps, I feel light weighted within 10 days, but each time I start exercising (I am never consistent, 2-3 days in a row then I fall sick then I take time off then I am basically not as motivated) I gain weight and I think inches too. I am very depressed with this vicious cycle.
2. As a normal person who doesn’t have a dedicated coach or nutritionist, how can one ensure that we actually are well-balanced in our nutrition and quantity.?
This has become a way of life for me.

Steps:
1. Dinner within one hour of sunset.
Don’t eat before the next sun rise.
12hours of fasting.
Eat when you are hungry.
2. Put your phone off one hour before sleep. Sleep by 9:30 to 10pm.
3. Try to wake up before or with sunrise.
4. Open your window and connect with natural light.
5. Phone off for first 2 hours
6. Eat your meal same time everyday.
This will set your circadian rhythm.
Try Fail Try Again….
Start on Sunday evening. Take rest on weekends.

Dear Luke. I just finished my 90-day challenge to get healed and get fit. I had pains, headaches, bloating, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cant sleep and a lot more. Tried IF, Low Carb and walking. After 3 months I lost 15 kilos, lost a couple of inches on my waist and I feel better and more energy. All the pains went away. I also tried sharing some of my tips that worked for me.

@@mohitkumaar8914 no medication.. I did not start any, doc said u have 2 choices either diet and exercise or medicines for life long... I choose the first option.
@@smitadoule5932 Many thanks for reverting, in my case doctor has immediately started medication...now I have to take that...my BP usually remains 128/84 without medication till evening....still bcoz of scare I take medicine

Right now in the UK the sun sets after 9:30 pm at night, so I will choose my last meal at 6pm because of getting to bed earlier. I accept this challenge and I'm starting now!
I'm from UK too, either summer or winter, I take my last meal before 5:30pm, but I sleep late, I'm going to follow Luke's advice and see how it goes.

How was your experience
I could not keep the same meal times, I am working on it. Other than that, I am sleeping much better and my fasting glucose is lower too. I am excited about that! I want to keep doing this for another two weeks and hopefully be able to keep following all four steps!! Thank you!

Also, just to add to what I asked, I'd like to point out that I did OMAD and felt bogged down by food, even if it was a small meal. I've done the 48 hour IF and then eating and felt bogged down by food even if it wasn't a large meal. Some of that may have been due to allergies and food intolerances. But, the only time I felt true hunger, without being pregnant, was when I had unintentionally not eaten most of the time for about 4-6 months and then went about a week or so of not eating or drinking anything, broken with water only and then a day or a few days later I felt a need to eat something. Only time in my life I felt hungry like that, and I had to be way outside of "normal" to achieve it. I would kind of like to just see how long it takes me to get there again and let my body establish it's own eating pattern. But, you don't seem to think that's a good idea. I am currently following your advice on circadian rhythm, which is something I've done before, too. And, it's fine. I feel better than when not doing it. But, I'm still not hungry. I'm just eating to try to establish a pattern. Even when I was a child, I could be neglected for a few days of having none or little food or water, and then have a meal and call it good for another day or two. Unless I am really working hard (exercise or actual labor, thinking a lot, etc) and not taking in anything when tired or working, I don't get hungry very often at all. And, my family did mostly do what was a circadian rhythm kind of eating, except that we lived in Alaska and dark came before we got home from school and was there before we left for school. Still, in the 6 or later to 6 or earlier time frame, most of the time. It's 11:11 a.m. and I am neither hungry nor thirsty after having followed the circadian rhythm for a few days and mostly ending eating by around 4 pm or earlier and yesterday eating from about 10 am- 5 pm.
