Good luck, I had bought one of thinkcars products took two weeks of calling their customer support everyday before someone even picked up the phone, everytime they said they would email me or call me back I wouldn't get a reply and have to reach out to them and hope it didn't take another week to reach someone, dragged out my issue for months

@@Al-up8fd I agree with you. What's amazing is that they never answered my question if their 10 inch scantools will continue to operate 100% after the 2 year grace period. If I don't update the tablet....will some functions be blocked or unavailable?

@@NextLevelAutoDiagnostics I am not surprised. When I first talked to them they told me they would support my product regardless if I bought it thru a third party distributor or not and that the tool had bi-directional functions. Months later I never got an answer as to why the tool could not recognize any modules on certain vehicles that the website and rep said were supported. Just that their engineers were looking in to it. On top of that, I was told that they would not honor the return/exchange the rep I had been dealing with for months had promised and that the device actually did not support any bi-directional capabilities. You would think they would put a little more effort into the customer service end of their products, but it seems that like most companies now a days they just don't care. It's easier and cheaper to just refer customers to a website information page and keep kicking a problem down the trough of false promises than it is to take the time and work with someone to figure out a solution. Who knows, they might even make more money and create a brand that advertises itself if they fore went the latter. I would say call them non stop until they answer your question, but in my experience I learned you can't take what they say as a definitive truth.
