I may do a video on how I made the molds in the future. The molds are much thicker, probably 1/4 of an inch thick. I used 2 layers of tooling gelcoat, a veil layer, about 2 or 3 layers of 1oz. mat, then numerous layers of heavy 6oz. mat. and scrap pieces to build up the thickness. Brian RCWH
