I can identify that beige piece from the thumbnail. I had a 1989 Pontiac Formula and I had a Bass amp and crossover inside that little janky plastic door.
I think that number plate is wrong, if you look at the pull out there should be 3 different plates, KNIGHT, KNI 667 and KR 010-FR. Might be something to check although personally I will only display KNIGHT
I was ice breaking first thing this morning in the boat. The canal had a thin layer of ice. Goth car is nearly done I see. I don't recall KITT ever having a flip around number plate.
Great video !! Just wondered if you could do an additional short on how to get the body on and off. I really struggle and am wondering if I’m doing it right. Hence I just leave it apart.
Excellent video Wayne but wow aren’t they dragging this out… I haven’t had a delivery of KITT for two months so February may be a bit optimistic for me 😢
Wayne, I'd be writing Fanhome for a replacement #102A. If you look at the upper edge of where hte glove box door sits, there's a terrible pressure gouge in the vinyl, and that loaction is quite visible.
The number plate only has 2 separate versions. I'm guessing it's because doing a triangular piece makes it easier to recess the axle behind the frame of the plate for easier mounting and operation.
I know this model is no longer available to new subscribers, but I wonder if Wayne should make note of Partworks Distribution for people living outside of DeAgostini's (Fanhome) distribution area that want to get the build.
@@WorldofWayneUK I have checked a couple of times on the UK site. The link is there, but when you go to it, it says "this model is no longer available" and suggested The Delorean.
Hi Wayne, thanks again for another great tutorial. Coming to the end of the build soon and wondered if there is a binder available for the magazines? I can’t seem to find them anywhere.
@@WorldofWayneUK Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I messaged Fanhome and apparently they dont make a binder for the Knight Rider magazines. Shame really!!
Wayne, Love this build ,its looking great ! Almost finished ' Do you think Fanhome would make it available in one complete purchase when they finish the run ?
Very surprised to learn that this is now unavailable already, I wonder if they've lost/given up the licence to produce it? I was really hoping to find one of these completed kits for sale/trade as I have the full unbuilt R2-D2, sadly this one released after I'd started with R2.
@@strikeeagle492 ahh they did that once before I was told, while they await the next shipment of parts (which can take up to 3 months) they take down the build to new subscribers
Out of curiosity, why does it take so long to put together?? Like, I have looked at it from so many other people and went to the website and I see that it gets mailed in small sections over a period of time. Why?? Like, why not all at once? Is there any particular reason for that? Nothing against the company or fans, genuinely just curious. ‘xD
Im kind of disappointed at the product quality of the trunk panel at the top of the glove box opening. I looks like it was gouged but still sent to the customer like that. For the money you spend for this kits I would expect better.

Brilliant!
" Knight rider!! A shadowy flight into the dangerous world of a man.......who DOSE NOT exist!!!"
Just gotten mine in the post 😊
Can"t belive that #110 will be the last in feb and that we may be starting the 66 batmobile as it's replacement

Man that's cold already this early.

Anything 25 Celsius and under is bloody freezing 35 -40 beautiful

It only happened in a couple of episodes.
I'm definitely looking forward to the completion of this model. I really want to see it in operation.
I can't believe this build is almost over 🙂

You should try the hachette king tiger

Very small packs this time and not a great deal to do but every little helps towards the completion of this car
So cool 👍

It's a good.point. it's actually available again in the UK at the moment.

I can't tell the difference between the 2 "KNIGHT" plates. They seem identical?
I think the road tax stickers are different
Great vid
Why are two of the numberplates on the triangle the same?
I think the tax stickers are different
@@WorldofWayneUK I don't even see a difference in them, unless the really fine print is different.

I haven't seen one

I don't know if they do that but it certainly would be a good proposition
Putting the engine bay on was a pain and the left front wing

Hi wanye are your coming to the end of the knight rider car yes or no it's simon Walpole I have like all the stage you have been doing from simon.
Yep. 8 stages left

@@WorldofWayneUK It says it’s no longer available on the UK website and redirects me to the DeLorean build. 🤷🏻♂️

Let’s hope attaching this body is not like the Delorean stage 91 what a nightmare had to walk away a few times to calm down
Am I missing something? It looks like 2 of the plates are the same. There's no difference to the ones that say "KNIGHT" on them.
Did you manage to complete your car? As Fanhome told me, the Knight Rider car got disconnected in October.
Watch today's video
Very small packs this time Stages 110 could of been done in 100 Stages Fanhome making as much as possible
I don't remember kitt having a interchangeable license plate.
Yeah we saw it in the episode Brother's Keeper. Another of those features that was only ever used once.
I remember the changeable being used in several episodes.
Not a fan of the spinny number plate. They could have at least made one side say “KARR”!

Because it could be overwhelming having all the parts at one time and the price breakdown is more manageable

The last bit of trim..what the hell was the point of that bit? They could have made it with it already on,and what purpose does it serve?
