Hi, to solve your problem faster, take 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water , half an hour before your meal and then take nutritional yeast supplements or sublingual B12 after your meal. Only then your B12 will be absorbed into your bloodstream and you should feel a bit of difference in 2 days time.

A lot of people recommend methylcobalamin, while in my case the blood result showed almost 1000 and I felt so tired and couldn't sleep, I switched to cyanocobalamin and after a few days there was a significant improvement, the insomnia disappeared and the fatigue disappeared.

There’s a direct relationship with potassium, calcium and b12. Vitamin b12 pushes calcium in the bones and cells which depletes the body of potassium and calcium as well. So if you are deficient in calcium or potassium you MUST take b12 to store these minerals in the skeletal bones. If the skeletal bones are deficient in these minerals you cannot cure the deficiency. It applies the same for vitamin b12 deficiency, you must take the minerals calcium and potassium for vitamin b12 to completely absorb in the bones. You should also take other B vitamins if you think you are deficient. You should take potassium chloride extended release pills along with calcium and vitamin b12. If you are taking high doses of b12 then you should also need to take high doses of calcium and potassium to work properly. SO the conclusion is potassium doesn't deplete body of vitamin b12. It actually stores b12 in the bones so your blood levels of b12 drop. If you are taking calcium together with potassium and b12 (which you must take together because calcium helps absorb b12) the blood level and liver reservoir of b12 can be completely depleted (because they will store in the skeletal bones and teeth). Therefore you should higher doses of b12 otherwise you won't be able to digest food. You can treat a lot of disease by taking these supplements. You will improve a lot faster than just taking one of those supplements.

I'm on B12 and magnesium supplements. Tingling and numbness in hands and feet almost gone. At worst my whole legs were numb and powerless compared to before. Dizzy spells cleared and can now get around as normal. Before I struggled with stairs and mounting my bike. I'm going back on dairy and pints of milk. Eat plenty fish and meats. Only cook with 100% coconut oil omega 3,6,9.

Common b12 test can show your levels are normal , but your body is unable to absorb, test you need to ask for is active b12 , Homocysteine, mma which can be expensive plus folate levels and intrinsic factor .

Most people can not absorb B12 because of a few key ingredients that our “leaders” have added to the diet. If you can not make intrinsic factor enzyme then your unable to absorb B12 in the intestine. When they “enriched” the flour it enriched the medical system. Only a few people have put this connection together.

I was diagnosed with pernicious anemia. I get B12 injections every other week and have been doing so since 2018. I also take liquid oral under the tongue twice a week. I had zero B12 in my body in 2018. Prior to being diagnosed my friends thought I was dying. My color, passing out, every symptom in the book. Even taking injections and oral B12 I am only up to 450 after 5 years. Without B12 you get nerve damage that you don’t recover from. It took me going to ER and it was a blessing. I had a cardiologist that didn’t know me from Adam that in a matter of 10 minutes talking to me ran the appropriate tests and found my issue. Prior to seeing him in 2018 I had been seeing my primary doctor with same complaints and was told to take yoga or prescribed anti anxiety meds. A simple blood test is all it took. B12 should be added to our yearly bloodwork. Especially those of us who are seniors. Cardiologist told me he suspected I have been low in B12 for a few years. Sadly he has retired from practice. I bless him everyday or I wouldn’t be here to post this comment.

Your video is the first I have seen that ever mentioned anything about how long it could take to recover from B12 deficiency. I am still having foggy vision(i have not driven in over a year, just starting to feel comfortable enough to drive again), numbness in tongue and feet. I have been taking B12 injections for over a year and only a slight improvement in vision. Not improvement in feet. I am beginning to think that this is something I will just have to deal with. 86 is not a normal level it is definitely in the deficient category. Even though the levels are not necessarily accurate mine was 342 and I am deficient and badly symptomatic. Through this I found that I have pernicious anaemia. Iron is low too. If you can absorb I would definitely start taking b12 and iron supplements and change your diet to accommodate b12 and iron as well. If not you may need vitamin b12 injections (If you can't absorb through food) and with iron a transfusion but supplementation should bring your levels up.

The blood work is wrong. When your body fails to convert the vitamin it puts it in the blood to be filtered through the kidneys and later peed out. So your blood work will give a false high even when your body isnt able to use the vitamin. A function deficiency. Doctors arent taught that in med school so he wont be any help. My b12 serum level was high but I was dying from a deficiency. Getting methylcobalamin at 5,000 mcg from vitamin store got rid of all my symptoms in 6 days. Make sure the instructions say to let it dissolve underneath the tongue. It will go straight to work! Best of luck!

just been diagnosed with this on Friday, my B12 level was 68 (not sure about the context of this number) and I'm now being put straight onto B12 Injections. the cause for me my GP thinks is that I went Vegan for 4-5 months this year and I haven't been getting anywhere near enough B12 from my Diet. I hope the Injections help with my Brain Fog! (which is by far the worst symptom I have)

@@SANDY-ul5mb having better days now I've gotten B12 back into my diet. I'm also on Amitriptyline to help prevent migraines too and that has helped eradicate the numbness/tingling feeling. It is a slow process to full recovery though. 3 months on I still don't feel like myself but do feel like I'm slowly getting better :)
