Largo Success Story: Homeless Outreach Team

Largo wants to proactively and compassionately serve those experiencing homelessness. Meet Largo Police Officer Steven Malandro and Homeless Outreach Specialist Todd Nutbrown who are just two of Largo's many team members who are on the front lines of this mission every day.
In addition, one outstanding example of a partnership that’s helping those experiencing homelessness is H.E.P., or Homeless Empowerment Program. Aided by the American Rescue Plan Act, or ARPA, this program is providing resources and support.
