Grabbing the bits and pieces of info together as a Blender beginner, the info you present is a gem, that really adds to Blender insights and the sparks the enthousiasm and imagination of things that can be done! And that in only 3.5 minutes; well I played it at 0.5 speed to duplicate in realtime. Thanks man!
you could also just subdivide the faces then inset and apply the subdivision surface modifier and then deleting the smaller faces that we created by insetting
That was nice, I feel the "to sphere" transform could have been used though. Doesn't save much in the way of time but it could help result in less polygons.
When Shift + ctrl + b borders in a strange shape After completing the operation once, setting the segment to 1 in the lower left bevel panel solved the problem.
If ONLY there were a 10 second way to do this. Would be nice if someone develops a tool that just cuts circles on flat faces where you draw them. (or in this case cut via pattern arrangement).
I am totally a beginner and I might be talking nonsense right now, but, wouldn't it be a lot easier and practical to achieve the same result by using array modifier? Is there a specific purpose or advantage of using this method?
Way too convoluted! I got the same result by subdiving my cube x15. Select all. Inset individual faces. Subdivide those faces x3 and then use Looptools/circle before making the cut. Took a fraction of the time and I ended up with far less geometry.
Bro, you saved me like hours of work, thank you!
Dude you're an absolute lifesaver. This is exactly what I needed. It looks super complicated but can be achieved incredibly quickly :)

dude this was great. Love how clear and straightforward it was. keep it up!
WOW this is a GREAT tutorial. I was wondering if that was possible without arrays and booleans, very new to Blender. This is great
Thank you!
Great tut, gives idea for newbies like me on how to approach automatic modelling process
Thanks for showing us, I was thinking about a ridiculous amount of pipes and a boolean modifier, this is more like it, you saved me :)
same here but it is not working on object which is not square in size
Just Fantastic!!!! Learned a whole new world of Blender!!! THANX!!
Super splendid ma brotha! Very helpful.
really good
Thank you.
Great tutorial !!!!
It was really helpful... Thank you.

You're so welcome!
When Shift + ctrl + b borders in a strange shape
After completing the operation once, setting the segment to 1 in the lower left bevel panel solved the problem.
Thank you so much!
Glad it helped!
Nice! thanks!
Brilliant!

There is. I'll post it soon.
Ya many cylinders arrayed along with boolean, was something I was thinking.
hardops, select verticle, Q, Circle
@@KofaOne haha, yeah, 10 month old comment hopefully was before boxcutter, hahaha. Box cutter - great tool.
Nice!!
great and simple
Geometry wizardry!
Thank you
Noice. But I prefer creating one hole in the middle of big face, use array modifier or collection instance to save some memory.
That is true there is more than one way to skin a can in Blender. Uğradığın için teşekkürler. 90'larda iki kez orada bulundum.
Brilliant
I subscribed to help your channel bro. keep it up
Thank you Good Man!
nice one
thanks
thank you but... is there a way to control material thickness for this kind of product?
I LOVE YOU!
Great
how did you make your default cube look like that when you spawned it?
When I use the Circle Looptool, my Blender just freezes...
amazing
Looks "Grate" 🙂
Hi. How about square holes?.
"Where does the circle go? Thats right, the square hole!" sorry i had to

ty nice videos
Thank you for the compliment.
What about hexagon mesh holes in a flat plane?
That WTF moment just kicked in, Thanks.
I sometimes have to watch my own videos cause I forget how to do things that's how bad my brain is.
Wow
good shit
CTRL + SHIFT + D ???
How do I get looptool
menu - Edit->Preferences->Add-ons-> Type 'looptools' and activate checkbox
Hi, I'm trying this on an very uneven mesh and it keeps cutting uneven polygons which make it very uneven and small, any help with this?
Well, I guess it's because the surface is uneven, so the holes are becoming uneven too. To make even holes, you should have an even mesh
What if you don't have Loop Tools? Please, help!
Go into Edit -> Preferences and type Loop Tools into the search on top and then check the tick to install.
why is ur cube "shiny"
🥇
1:28 You lost me at Shift Control B.
I click subdivide but nothing happens
Nice but not always useable. It uses a lot of memory and the polycount it's really high.
That is true. I should've deselected what wasn't needed.

That's great. If there is a better way I'm all for it. Nothing is written in stone.
thank you!
Thank you for stopping by.
