  • I’m doing the whole30 challenge with my husband Joey!
    ALDI GROCERY HAUL: WEEKLY GROCERY HAUL FOR WEIGHT LOSS ON WHOLE30!
    • WEEKLY GROCERY HAUL FO...
    CHOPPED SALAD:
    - cucumber
    - tomato
    - bell pepper
    - onion
    - fresh parsley
    - garlic
    - 1/2 juice of lemon
    - chim sauce
    - salt + pepper
    store in the refrigerator, the longer it sits the better it taste
    FOR THE CARROTS:
    - sliced carrots
    - bang bang seasoning
    - garlic powder
    - onion powder
    - dried Italian
    - olive oil
    FOR THE CHICKEN:
    season drums with bang bang seasoning or season of your choice bake on 400 for 25 minutes until cooked through.
    FOR THE STEAK:
    season with salt and pepper, in a hot skillet add olive oil, cook steak on each side for about 4 minutes on high heat until cooked to your temp.

    Now that you've found what works for you both, getting those steps in will really speed ot up! I do average 27,000 a day at work and it makes my weightloss journey much easier. Happy for you guys 😊

      27k that is a lot ! We don’t know how much we walk we don’t use watches but we walk daily ✨☀️ I don’t film where we walk in my neighborhood for safety reasons though but we do walk and do light weights ☺️

    I can't seemed to stay focused & track on ww. Tons of teachers just started whole 30 at the school I teach at. Now I'm on the fence ... I've gained weight and i need to decide soon. Thanks for showing realistic meals!!

    I thought of you! I picked up a Whole 30 recipe book from the library, and the recipes are amazing! Also, Pinterest has some delicious Sheet Pan Whole 30 recipes, too!! Fab!! ✨

    Girly what knife is that lol need a sharp knife ! You inspired me to do whole 30 ! I just gave Birth 7 months ago and trying to get back to being healthy and get my weight back down ! Please more what I eat in a day recipes

    I just found out I have leaky gut syndrome so I’m thinking of starting Whole 30. My only reservation was just only eating potatoes. I see you eating quinoa and couscous so if I can eat those, I can definitely do this😬.

      Weight watchers isn’t a diet or a way of eating it’s just an app to track your food as a program.

      That. and much more. Most importantly it allows you to eat what you like in some cases , but you are accountable with your points for the food
