  • In this video, I share how I edit my photos in Lightroom, I popped out and grabbed a Drone shot of the sunset but it didn't turn out as well as I hoped, so I popped it into Lightroom to give it a once-over and make it into a sharable image! Want to see how I turn blah photos into stunning images? I'm sharing my full photo editing workflow. What editing software do you use?

Hi Neil, yeah I agree. I pick up tips from various people, sometimes it’s something you would never think of.

Great stuff Keith! The strongest editing tool to save my bad photos is just apply a huge crop 🤣 very interesting to see the editing workflow of others. I usually prefer the luminance range mask over the brush tool or just apply patches of radial gradients all over the place. I'm very messy lmao

Hi Keith, I usually use the luminance range mask for removing distracting colours but most of the time I always forget to use it lol. I’m so random with my editing, I usually end up using about 10 different techniques to do the same thing 🙈

Hi Keith hope you're well. Great video tutorial, it always interesting to see how others edit their photos and how much editing is done. to be honest I don't tend to do much editing, just a few tweeks here & there. I mostly use either Nikon's or canon's own editing software or and oldish version of Photoshop elements, I often think about getting a subscription to lightroom, but i'm not a fan of subscription based software.
Best Wishes stay safe Jon & Karen

Hi Jon, hope you are both well.
I am only a Lightroom user because of the organisation, I have over 60k photos in my catalog lol. Your old school mate that’s why you don’t edit much, because you get it right in camera. I bet back in the film days you had to or it got expensive.

Good tutorial Keith. To answer your question, I really don’t do much editing, but if I have to, I use Luminar 4 for adjustments and Affinity Photo to “fix” things. Be well.

Thanks Enrique, have you tried luminar neo it’s pretty cool, I’ve never used affinity photo before, I mainly stick to Lightroom and photoshop

@@keithguppy I believe that Luminar Neo is very good, but definitely more than what I need so for now I’m still good with Luminar 4

Money better spent on a lens I think.

Very interesting video Keith. You must have a lot of patience lol, my edits are about 3 minutes each, maybe a bit longer for a more complex image.👍
