  • In this video, we dive into the critical role social media plays in maintaining and improving the welfare of horses in the Olympics and beyond. From showcasing behind-the-scenes care to holding organizations accountable, platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook are being used to highlight the importance of horse welfare in competitive sports.
One key concept we explore is the Social License to Operate (SLO)-the idea that equestrian sports can only continue to thrive if they maintain the support and trust of the public. With your help, we can ensure that our beloved equine athletes receive the best possible treatment both during and after major sporting events.
👉 Be their voice: Horses cannot advocate for themselves, but you can! By using social media to share stories, raise awareness, and demand better standards of care, you can help initiate real change. Let’s stand up for their welfare and work together to ensure that these incredible animals are treated with the respect, love, and dignity they deserve.

The thing with the whistleblower is that she is infamous in Australia for her bad training methods and treatment of horses. The lady that was laughing in Charlotte's video is her. So I think shewhistleblew on purpose not out of concern.

I agree, in Charlottes situation I think you are right. But the effect it had was so powerful, as it shocked the world. Other riders and trainers then had to review their own treatment of their horses as look what happened to Charlotte…
