best way to stay safe - walk fast and with purpose looking like you hate life, aka be a Londoner. lived here my whole life and for some time in the shitty borough of hounslow , and have never been mugged or attacked with that technique
Honestly I am moving to London to teach in January and look forward to it. I hope you can post as many more videos as you can to help people like me. I will be a noob for the first couple weeks, but i honestly look forward to adjusting to London.
+city hacks London Hey any chance I can pop you an email regarding specific areas I will be possibly staying at. I do want to get your insight on the areas that are safe vs unsafe. Also any possibilities you can make a video on findings accommodations?
+Shahrukh Khan Hey, pop any questions you have into the comment section and then they are there for everyone. Happy to answer any and all questions you have ;-)
Safety Trip: Don't travel to London for a start, unless you're prepared, and watched this helpful, and entertaining video, by this awesome guy / producer.
I reckon lining your wallet with kitchen foil might just stop your cards being read. Shoplifters use a similar technique - lining a bag to steal goods without setting off shop alarms. Maybe?
Beautiful! Very helpful. Thanks Syrus! Keep up the great work and thanks for the tips. And glad to be a new subsciber! Thanks to Love and London for the reference! Love and cheers! 👍💗😘🇬🇧
nice vid but the thing with any bag the theif might cut into the victims bag my stepdad's bag was cut in a while ago.... they should make it slash proof
Cyrus, I so love watching your videos! Coming to London in June from the "Jersey Shore". Spending 5 days in a abnb in Kingston on Thames then up to my brother's home in Northumbria near NewCastle on Whitley Bay. Arriving at Heathrow at 7:30 AM. What would your suggestion be to get to our Place?
+Linda Curtis Thank you for your kind words - glad you like the videos! From Heathrow to Kingston Upon Thames I would actually get a cab. It's a bit tricky via train. Maybe call a UK taxi firm and pre book to get a cheaper price

+Lukas Rozenas I know - good point - we just have to stay vigilant.
Lukas Rozenas Get a Pacsafe or Travelon bag, they're supposed to be slash proof and have RFID pockets. Have a good day!
