I have no clue how online actions work...I'm better with sewing machines than computers. What ever you don't sell, I'll buy the lot. I need all the supplies I can get for my charity! :) Thank You!!
Thrift Trader,12:13. I collect buisness cards, and would desperately love to have any you find. Of course would pay for them and postage. Please let me know how I can get my hands on them Also, the American bank trust mini calender grabbed my attention. People don't generally want these, so please think of me!
Your greatest treasure is your Grandfather. The time spent with him is precious and irreplaceable, not to mention the video of your treasure hunting together.
The stamps can be soaked in a bowl of cool water for a couple of hours to unstick them. Lay flat on paper towels to dry. I have purchased them off the internet for art projects.
I remember when my late Aunt died, the family wondered if she had any money to bury her? Large unit of 5+ large drawers, had money in everything!, so we had to go through everything with a fine tooth comb, result £4,500+ cash and a bank account with £3,000+. She lived life very simply, due to having Menengitis as a teenager, and shared the house with her maiden Aunt, who passed before her! Also I remember coins and stamps too!! Quaint 🥰🥰
My former husband was a hoarder When he passed away I had to clean out his house. I found money all over the place, coins, bills and yes tons of stamps. It's amazing what makes hoarders save.
Hi Jason, another good video. I can't believe you are still going through that unit and keep finding good stuff for your auctions. I just learned Papa is the same age of my dad, it's cool. I am also happy to know that Papa has a good friend like Mary and that she is also helping you unboxing. Say hi to both of them. Too bad you are back home after that lovely weekend with the family. Blessings to you and the whole family. 🤗🤗🤗
You can unstick stamps over steam, or put then in the microwave with a tiny bit of water in a cup. Zap them for ten seconds and they can be unstuck. Dads smart. Those stamps may Be worth a mint. Especially to a collector!
So much stuff in there! All those envelope for postage with money I bet even the penny given you quite a bit! Love all the old stuff in there. Can’t wait for next auction💚💚
The memories youre making today .will become treasures in future years ..when youre 90 youll look around and back and find your soal on all of those memories ..
And food pantries too. I can give away anything at the one where I volunteer. I'd rather GIVE stuff away to those in need who may not be able to buy at thrift stores.
The patterns are worth something to people who make historical clothing. Go through the stamps and sort for year and collectible value. Coins for silver and material for quality. Material can be donated to organizations who quilt.
The Butterick company made the patterns I used as a young sewer. The fabrics in there hopefully can be washed and used. I'm sure it's very good quality fabrics. Check your books & bibles for $$ as well. Nice find. You surely got your $ back
I love the old vintage stuff. The recipe card boxes you can have your mom or grandma hand write her favorite recipes on a 3” x 5” index card and you keep them in the box in the kitchen for reference. Nice find. also please remove the stack of checks in the brown wallet. I used to hide money behind my checks in case of emergency. Please let us know if you find anything. Also the back corners of the storage unit you will typically find your best scores. Good luck!
Ya ! To me when I look at your channel it really gives me anxiety when your handing the camera and trying to open things up with one hand . Surely with all the money you find and items you sale you can afford a better camera that you can free your hands it's gets to my nerves seeing that.
Go through every paper in those wallets because I have my cash stash between papers in mine. Just a woman hint there. Don’t tell anyone or I’ll have ta kill ya Jason 😂🤣😂🤣
Just make sure any tubs or trays that have USPS on it get back to the Post Office... don’t want you to get in trouble for having them in yalls possession :) from- a OKC postal worker!!
People that are saving it for occasions., like holidays or birthdays. I have a storage unit for my finds. She must have passed away or become ill to allow her stuff to be sold. I’m sure she knew where every single thing was.
These stamps are worth their face value. This is why the post office got ride of amounts on stamps. When rates increased the p.o. would need to print new stamps. Now it is just first class, no need to change value.
OH M GEE!! Your at back at it my favorite storage unit! As I think you know already your videos came up my suggested steam this how I came across this whole storage unit and auction community. I was hooked sense then ssshh 😂 don't tell anyone the others might get jellie. Seriously I could watch a continuous live stream of the TJMAX unit.
Thanks for letting us know how much you paid at auction. I'm going to look at this in my city. It's full of storage places. You did really well on this . And it looks like hard work but lots of fun.👍
You can soak those stamps that are all stuck together in warm water. Not for very long you have to watch them. As soon as they start falling apart take them out and lay them on paper towels to dry. They'll still be worth something.
Thanks Jason Coble, I have been going on information from a coin dealer whom I trusted. I just looked this up. The last year quarters were 90% silver was 1964. The 40% silver quarters were specially minted only for the 1976 proof sets and were not in regular circulation. The Kenedy Half Dollar was 40% silver from 1965 thru 1970 and the Eisenhauer Dollar was 40% from 1971 thru 1974 and again in 1976. Another myth is the War Nickel being 40% silver, it is actually only 35%, minted from 1942 thru 1945.
It's amazing how little you know about what you find. The units I have watched of yours are items and life from the 50s, 60s and 70s. There is more to life than just looking for cash.
My sister in law lived on a rural route in Oklahoma and years ago she would tape money to paper to pay for postage of a letter she was sending if she didn’t have a stamp.
Even the cancelled stamps, you can sell at a stamp expo. Not everyone buys new (unused) stamps (that haven't been in circulation). The currency if the serial number & stamp markings are in 'red' and if they are in good condition, they'll be worth more than their face value. Older currency is, also, worth more than its face value. Keep what you find & look through it before tossing it out. Just a suggestion. I've enjoyed watching your mini-videos.
It was so hard watching you tear through all that old paper looking for money. Paper, or ephemera, can really bring a lot of money on Ebay. Just scraps of paper!!
This 💯💯% reminds me of spending time at my granny's growing up her my aunt and mom would be best friends with this lady this is her house and storage to a T and like this it's not trash hoarding everything is new in bags and boxes if it's on sale they couldn't grab 1 but had to have at least 3 or 4 or 5 lol I'd say granny that stuff is for toddlers I know child there will be more grandkids coming those will be Xmas gifts in 5 yrs lol
Looks like overstock that stores throw away. I have had several units stuffed full of brand new merchandise I pulled out of dumpsters. I used to sell it a resale store that was almost entirely stocked by my dumpster finds.
Omgosh alot of stuff wow..Seeing all those stamps reminds of my dad who too work for the Post Office for 34 yrs. I just haven't gone through my dads belongings yet since he past in 2008..ur aging me I graduated from high school in 85..lol..I just joined ur channel. So hello from California

Did you sell the fabric
Your greatest treasure is your Grandfather. The time spent with him is precious and irreplaceable, not to mention the video of your treasure hunting together.
That man is great 👍
I REALLY want All the craft and sewing stuff
Love seeing pawpaw back at he. He sure enjoys going thru the stuff. This unit has to be one of you best ones.
Greetings from South Africa... seeing your dad be part of your founds, I so envy for not having my dad around. Stay blessed.
OMGOSH love the fabric I make grocery store bags with them. OMGOSH!
The bins...valuable to keep your business organized
Oh wow she was an amazing hoarder‼️‼️‼️‼️
You hit the mother load for sure! The shelving units alone are worth what you paid for the units. Mind blowing!
This mail lady answers my question on why mail goes missing. 😂
I do believe she was stealing from the government,, too. Those totes with U.S. Mail on the side was enough to send her down the road.
@@mermaidgirl9232 At the least all those amounts found in postage due envelopes belonged to the post office/gov't.
@@mermaidgirl9232 exactly

But trick makes clothing patterns. I've used them and have some vintage ones right now!
Some collector will be so happy with it!
Hello
I like those shelves

Hi
It’s a deep issue that makes hoarders do act this way!! Drama in history
Goodness you have small fortune of new & used stamps:) I’d love to sit down with a cup of coffee and organize all that stuff in the wallets:)
Me too! Take time and look at every paper!
Thanking you for sharing this. I never tire of the amazing relationship you two men share.
the green ware box like matches a bowl my grandma had.
I think your paw paw and his beautiful lady friend are really enjoying themselves. It’s great that you are spending time with them.
Glued to this locker. Amazing stuff. Nice to see papa back.
Love you going through those pieces of paper. Show more of that. Excites me every time you find moeny!
Those International Correspondence School books are AWESOME

Amazing
Awesome find omg!! Must take months to actually go through all these things!! Worth it I’m sure. Get those stamps checked out $$$
The memories youre making today .will become treasures in future years ..when youre 90 youll look around and back and find your soal on all of those memories ..
Yey!! Pawpaw is BACK!🥰🥰🥰 and of course, Hi Mary!!👋
My mother had loads of them patterns. She made lovely clothes before she passed away
You just hit the vintage jackpot
Your Pa-Pa is adorable
Pa-Pa still got it good finds!

I love old patterns. I've got one from 1910 that I framed for my sewing room.
You were not kidding when you said 2/3 of that unit is still full. It's the unit that never ends...
Looking good Pa-Pa
Hello
My Grandpa has passed and it was a joy to spend the time with your Grandpa. Thank you 😊
The Butterick company made the patterns I used as a young sewer. The fabrics in there hopefully can be washed and used. I'm sure it's very good quality fabrics. Check your books & bibles for $$ as well. Nice find. You surely got your $ back
I've been waiting for y'all to get back to this!!!!!!!
Thats part of a mixer/grater. I used to have 1 it was great. The bowl is clear plastic. It has grater blades and beater blades too.
You can sell the paperwork to artists scrapbookers and ephemera sellars. Think about selling it as a lot.
Just found you guys and boy am I enjoying the shows. This lady had a BIG hording problem..which is good for you.
I love the old vintage stuff. The recipe card boxes you can have your mom or grandma hand write her favorite recipes on a 3” x 5” index card and you keep them in the box in the kitchen for reference. Nice find. also please remove the stack of checks in the brown wallet.

I love watching the tj Maxx units!!
Hello
The material and patterns are wonderful. I see and love older material.
You can use a steamer to get the stamps apart. Then let them dry separately.
I would have a awesome yard sale with some of that stuff
Why don't you invest in a Go-Pro camera so you can use both hands and spare your viewers motion sickness?
Ya ! To me when I look at your channel it really gives me anxiety when your handing the camera and trying to open things up with one hand . Surely with all the money you find and items you sale you can afford a better camera that you can free your hands it's gets to my nerves seeing that.
Yes please or have paw paw do it
At 8:50 - the recipe box looks like the same pattern as my mom's dishes that I recently inherited. It is the Heartland Village pattern.
Hi, Mary!
I love these units
Go through every paper in those wallets because I have my cash stash between papers in mine. Just a woman hint there. Don’t tell anyone or I’ll have ta kill ya Jason 😂🤣😂🤣
Find a product called UNDU, it is archivally safe and will separate the stamps and they will still be useable. It temporarily neutralizes adhesive.
Just make sure any tubs or trays that have USPS on it get back to the Post Office... don’t want you to get in trouble for having them in yalls possession :)
from- a OKC postal worker!!
That’s exactly what I said or we’ll be watching your videos from a Federal Prison. Not good 😉😉
Hi papa and mary
Love this Unit..
I just love your dad he cracks me up
I want that jean jacket. So sad, who buys new stuff and stores it away!!!!
My grandma use to buy a lot of qvc but never wore most of what she bought.
People that are saving it for occasions., like holidays or birthdays. I have a storage unit for my finds. She must have passed away or become ill to allow her stuff to be sold. I’m sure she knew where every single thing was.
Glad to see pawpaw back ! Hi to Mary !
I gotta say....PaPa and Mary are just too cute! 😊
People with storage units are hoarders, etc., of various levels. A stuff addiction.
These stamps are worth their face value. This is why the post office got ride of amounts on stamps. When rates increased the p.o. would need to print new stamps. Now it is just first class, no need to change value.
You sure r going to make money on that unit.

The 1967 quarter is also 40% silver.
No it is not 63 and older is silver

@@papajaystinkershop75 the Eisenhower dollars were only silver in the proof strike. Regular were just clad
Awesome.. this is so cool... My husband is from PA....
Awsome 😎🖥👍
WOW! that's a lot of stuff!
March 21, 1981 is the first use of the "b" stamp. It was like what they now call the forever stamp.
It's amazing how little you know about what you find. The units I have watched of yours are items and life from the 50s, 60s and 70s. There is more to life than just looking for cash.
Love papa
Wow, what a great haul. Money to be made on this one.
My sister in law lived on a rural route in Oklahoma and years ago she would tape money to paper to pay for postage of a letter she was sending if she didn’t have a stamp.
I wish i coulda bought thos hotwheels
I’ll bet those corespondents are worth a good bit!
You can cut the stamps off and use white glue on a new envelope. I do it all the time lol.
Mary sounds like my mother (without the Dutch accent.) "It's only a bargain if you need it!"
First time watching your videos just love pop❤
Mary is so cute! 💕
