This is better than Netflix! Paw Paw is the best. "Wouldn't that be a dandy!" This makes me want to start my own storage picker business. I love going through old vintage stuff. I found close to $3000 within a few months sorting through purses at a thrift store I worked for. Handed it all in like a Good Samaritan. I got a small percentage.
15.47 is a jar opener, I have one and it’s awesome. Loving your show and papa makes me laugh. Stay safe and well guys in this crazy world 😂😂😂👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🇦🇺🇦🇺
Hi, just found your channel ! I live in Oklahoma too. This storage locker is unreal!!! Hope you go through her books, ppl like to hide money in them and since she was a hoarder who knows?
You two guy's are a HOOT. !! HONEY, HAVE FUN WITH YOUR PAW PAW. GET ALL THE PRECIOUS MEMORIES YOU CAN. I lost me grandparents and mom and dad years ago. I turned 71 in March and I still love going through junk. ( treasures). Have a blessed day and keep on doing what your doing. Love the video. Ms. Dusty Houston TX
Hello from Washington State! Since US currency is made out of cotton and linen, among other things, you can take the dollar bills that are stuck together and let them sit in warm water for a few minutes. You've had money go through the laundry, right? Same concept! I love to sew and am really digging a lot of things you are discovering!
Yep Pawpaw.. Its worth $5! haha, I love your Pawpaw's awesome humour..and your deep bellied lovable laughter makes this an awesome channel :) all the best keep up the great show
I would put the "stuck" money in water, personally, and let it "get clean", then just lay it out to dry. I have had more than one ketchup/sauce packet open up in my purse over the years....
Another beautiful day with my favorite diggers!!! I tell you it looks like lots of fun! Keep them coming guys. I am living my storage buying through y’all. Still looking for my pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.🌈
This is neat seeing all this stuff from the 80's It's like going through a time capsule. My mom had one of these @10:32 and I always use to play with it as a kid. Loved the Garfield mugs as well. Thanks for sharing.
Paw Paw is THE MAN! You are blessed Jason. I never knew either of my grandfathers because they’d both passed by the time I was born. Love your relationship with him! 🥰💞
If you want to throw away some money and make a few dollars you can always sell those patterns to the movie industry and let them remake A lot of the clothing I bet they will snap it up
When I used to cashier in a cafeteria I would find change stuck together and I would soak it in warm water, it usually all came apart. I would wash nasty sticky dollars too. That thing with the wires and red handle is a tomato slicer can’t find em any more. I think that other long slim metal thing with the holes on the top might be a jar and bottle opener.
16:01 is a mason jar can opener or any kind of jar 14:42 is I believe is a cereal box holder like how they had metal cracker holders. Love how after all this I feel like it's a story of her love you are telling us. Kinda cool!!
9:49, sewing machine bobbins are not universal between machine manufacturers. Usually though, one manufacturer will use the same bobbin on different models. 15:19 is a crinkle cutter for carrots and potatoes, 15:30 with the red handle is a tomato slicer.
Great video, great content and finds, that wee knife you found looked great, I collect old and fix up folding knives, I intend to join your auction site to have a look and see, if you do a knife lot sometime, although I would be hit by import taxes and custom duties but I will have a look anyway I am really disappointed you did not try the bubblegum PawPaw gave you, probably would have broke your teeth or you would be still chewing at Christmas All in all very entertaining and funny video Take care and be safe Sam
You should have a vase or pot beside you and put all the money in it as you find it and accumulate it till you finish the sort. Would love to watch that. Blessings and love from Black Point, Nova Scotia, Canada
Love paw paw in your videos, priceless. Maybe check into getting dumpster an they come dump on a weekly route less you gotta do later. Might be cheaper then you hauling to dump. I would be checking every envelope that you come across no paper unturned .great finds
With it being in south that metal container holding boxes of powder soap and I dunno why but I really Thought it was to hold the bag of milk yes in the northern states you can buy 1/2 gallon bags of milk lol
My grandma had that same address book that was metal. I used to play with it as a child. You move the arrow up/down and it went to the exact page you wanted. She used to get so mad at me for messing with it, cause I was gonna break it 😂😂😂 Good memories!
The issue with panty hose is that stretch pulls out when it gets dry. Even if its new in package. I went through some of my mom's after she died and you could stretch them out once, and they stayed. Do you find the same issue? Love and Happy Father's Day to Pawpaw! (That's what my niece's used to call my late father in law :) )
If I've read correctly, damaged banknotes (or as you guys call them bills) can be deposited into a bank at their face value. It doesn't matter weather they are covered in glue, torn, water damaged, mouldy or even fire/smoke damaged. They are still worth their face value. The bank will then return the damaged notes to the Federal printers and engravers, who will shred them and print replacements.
wow with my quilting I would love to come see your fabrics when I come down to Ok. to visit my kids in Aug. they live in Cushing so don't know the mile difference to you.
If you find anymore of that money that is stuck together you can soak it in really hot water and it should loosen up. It won't ruin it's spendability. Also, bobbins are not universal.

My mother had a tin with sliding top like that. It was used to hold washing machine powder. It’s at least 70 years old.

That metal item with the sliding lid was used to hold dry laundry powder soap. Neat find!!!
I want to know if it says Halls on it.

Papa maybe older but he’s not dead. 😝 when he saw the lady on the magazine- 17:50...had a good chuckle.
Donate fabric to a quilting club so they can make quilts for homeless or hospice and for children who are put into a foster home.

9:49, sewing machine bobbins are not universal between machine manufacturers. Usually though, one manufacturer will use the same bobbin on different models. 15:19 is a crinkle cutter for carrots and potatoes, 15:30 with the red handle is a tomato slicer.
I laughed so hard when you showed the kissing cousins shirt. That's an Elvis Presley movie.
I don't know how many times I've washed money in the washer and found that's been in my pants pockets and found it when I dried it
That big beer mug with the handle is 1.00 at Dollar Tree. I have a set of 4 that’s how I know.
Once again another great video! PawPaw go go go and find that money! So much fun watching. :-)
Thank you for returning the tubs and trays to usps..

With all that fabric I would have a field day but I am in Australia so never mind.
The tin with the handle and sliding lid is for a box of laundry soap. Wish it was in better condition.
Hi Jason, really like your chanel and watching your unit digging very often with Papa.Greetings from UK
with the Fredrick''s book you need to keep papa out of the sun,,,lmbo
Love paw paw in your videos, priceless. Maybe check into getting dumpster an they come dump on a weekly route less you gotta do later. Might be cheaper then you hauling to dump. I would be checking every envelope that you come across no paper unturned .great finds
Hey that’s cool I live in Providence Rhode Island. It’s always cool to hear folk mention us🥰
I subscribed because you have senior citizens in your videos.
I love Paw Paw! He is such a funny man!
You: "Cash me outside, how bow dah?"
Me: "Nooooo!"
With it being in south that metal container holding boxes of powder soap and I dunno why but I really Thought it was to hold the bag of milk yes in the northern states you can buy 1/2 gallon bags of milk lol

If you find some Ginger scissors to match the box you found, they are expensive!
just found you today and am subscribing........love this. Philadelphia here

Do you find the same issue? Love and Happy Father's Day to Pawpaw! (That's what my niece's used to call my late father in law :) )
Hi Jason, ESCADA is a very expensive and high class clothing brand. Do your research on that one.
Love your channel trader!!! Love pa pas humor!!! Makes my day!!
That money is always worth it’s price. The bank will take them and issue new ones if you have 50.1% percent of the bill

We called the Frederick Catalog “the poor mans Playboy “
Oh my! What a fantastic video! PaPa is amazing! So funny! Sending love from UK 🇬🇧 stay safe xx
I worked for a bank and they will take destroyed money and replace it for u..I just wanna give Poppa a big hug.. he’s so cute..
❤️❤️
I'm sure some warm water and dish soap would help with that sticky money.
Dawn
Isn't that laundering money? 😂😋😁😆😉 just kidding!
The heat of a hair dryer will seperat the $ bills.
@@KarinMurati Or else maybe the steam of boiling water.
Loved the video Jason 💥You and paw paw are a hoot - had me crackin up on the Frederick’s catalog 😄 Looks like you’ll do great on this load 👍
Ooo I see my package 😂 cool video! Can’t wait for auction tonight!
More videos please... I wished they were a little longer on this unit... Pawpaw Hi and Take Care of yourself..
Next time you find money stuck together steam it.
I love pawpaw!!! He is so awesome!!!
I just love paw paw!
"Papa, you want to try this on?" LOL
If the money is stuck together by candy just try getting it a little wet
As long as you have both sets of serial numbers the bank should take it at face value.
Man that money comes apart easily if put into water for a few minutes!! You will tear it pulling on it like that.
Jason l love watching you and paw paw he is so funny.👍
I love watching you and Papa
The. Old patterns go for 10-15 dollars a piece on Etsy.. They mail cheaper if posting as media at the P.O.
So much amazing stuff!
Put the money in the washer. Reason why it's not made of paper, lol!
After this unit you are now a pro at identifying thread types.. lol
Omg...my parents had that flip up phone book thing.....lol
Happy Father’s Day to you and your papa hope y’all have a great day ❤️
Thank you!! ❤️
Thrift Trader your are welcome ❤️
Gotta love PawPaw!! 😂😂
to answer Papa's question, not all bobbins work with all machines. There are three common bobbins and a bunch of uncommon ones though :)
You can wash that candy off the money, by putting it in warm water!
Would love to get a hold of those hamburglar glasses. Had those when I was younger and used to drink my iced tea in them from sun up to sun down.
Put the sticky money in a Jean pocket and just wash it LOL
Your PaPa is cool!
You can soak the $$ that was stuck together in warm soapy water and the candy will disolve.
The tin container with the sliding lid was for laundry powder and is from the 40s.
You can send your dollars to the USA Mint? They recover burnt or torn up notes and give it back to you.
wow with my quilting I would love to come see your fabrics when I come down to Ok. to visit my kids in Aug. they live in Cushing so don't know the mile difference to you.
That’s for opening all jars .. helps people with arthritic or weak hands..
Love the content video and your PawPaw is hilarious and fun to watch, can’t wait to see y’all next video 🎉🎉🍀🍀🥰🥰😂😂😂
If you find anymore of that money that is stuck together you can soak it in really hot water and it should loosen up. It won't ruin it's spendability. Also, bobbins are not universal.
