In same caste we do look to 8 generations whther their vansh and gotras are matching or not if they match then they are brother sisters
if no then only they should marry but in so called modern times ppeople are not looking into this.

This is not true. They follow the gotra system not the caste system. The same community can have tens of gotra. Gotra signifies the lineage.

There is nothing new i m from Rajasthan and here before 70 or 80 years ago one thing was very common that no one can marry in his/her own village . One should bound to marries in the other village or nagar(jila).
The concept of hereditary Caste division itself is not Indian, it's a superimposition of the Spanish/Portuguese caste system and the English Class system in India, intending to divide the natives and use them against each other while the English hold power and work as a mediator.
Caste was a pyramid scheme that Europeans sold to Indians via their English imposition in Indian society to divide Indians into groups/ghettos and make them fight with each other.
So don’t mix up Varna with Gotram, Varna is Profession, and Gotram is Lineage.
Hindus are free to marry in different Varnas, only avoid marrying in the same Gotram because it is considered the same bloodline, hence we don’t marry between brothers and sisters.

All are discussing about gothras..in caste nobody marry with same gothram people . Sa gothris are min 10 different initials..they never marry each other they consider as counsins. So they marry with other gothras seeing 7 generations are having any relations to that gothra. So no way of DNA matching . This is correct way. Nowadays nobody seeing this marrying same caste simply.

In India, health issues are many. Nutritional deficiencies are rampant. Non veg food is avoided by many communities or by choice due to religious compulsions. Health care and testing itself is getting expensive. Government does not give free medical aid to all sections. Middle class is struggling to pay bills.
Not because of "religious cumplusions".
It's my own choice to avoid eating dead animals because I feel disgusted. And also veg food is more healthy although u won't agree on that.
Mostly people are non vegetarians but mostly athletes are vegetarian. Show exactly who is malnourished🌚. Also the communities with most tall and brood people like jats or other kshatriya communities are traditionally vegetarian while the tribal communities are tiny. Even if Gotra is different, there is high chance of genetic disease as long as someone marries with a person with a similar genetic makeup. It's fine to feel proud of a tradition, but stupid not to realize the core point that marriages within caste are doomed for failure from health perspective.
