I really like the cerato changes. You can bully raptors off kills once again. Yet it feels more even against larger opponents
Cera is the best carnivore now, wish it wasn’t because it was not meant to be a full-time hunter.

Remember the History Channel show, Jurassic Fight Club. Well, around the time that show came out, there was also a game version of it on the History Channel website, and the T-Rex was a playable character. Each dinosaur of the six you could play as had three special combo moves you could perform, and this animation for the T-Rex in The Isle looks identical to one of the T-Rex's combos in that game. The move was called "Rip And Tear", and it basically fell into the category of "spam this move and win every fight".

I'm assuming the Trex won't be able to stance against a running trike charging it that's for sure. I'm pretty sure that mutilation attack that Trex has is only effective to hold prey that stupidly run away.
Edit:
Praying for stego buff in damage and cooldown when Trex launches.
You do realize if they make the Rex have the same weight as they had it in legacy the stego will be able to 3 shot the Rex right

I think the new Rex animation is a sort playing ability as we know that Rexes actually play fight with their offspring even after the became mature of age so I think that is exactly what that is though it’s unlikely
FunFact: in The Isle Dinosaurs not Exist this is Creatures like this 3:12 , but it looks like dinosaurs ( this is part of the Lore … That’s why Mutations is added … That’s not Dinosaurs That’s mutated Creatures :D )
The only way I can see one defeating a rex would be to aim for it's legs or to grab it's tail while it's distracted and pull it down to the ground otherwise rex is going to be probably the most powerful dinos in the game.

I think the Rex is attacking a sauropod leg in that animation.
yeah but the carno is bugged, because if you hold the right mouse button down you take no damage from pounces and i mean none, no bleed, and no primary damage from the pounce, the only way for the raptors to kill a carno is bite fighting
Trike better be able to hold it's own in a a 1v1 against rex or Imma riot

it's not difficult and it's not your fault, you bought a game full of bugs, the developers instead of fixing important things like bots, make drawings of things that maybe they will add in years
i hope we get allo and maybe another dino in december like last year when dilo and herrera were released!

one of the things they should fix is the bot system... running for half the map and then dying after 1h without finding anything is one of the most frustrating and sad things ever... another thing to fix, a gigantic and very beautiful map but EMPTY there is nothing???? mega spaces completely empty of life, only grass and trees.. how sad.. and then come on add more dinosaurs it's been years since this game came out... how sad and infinitely boring...
