"Untouchables" is my favorite KORN album - so to each his own - everybody has different tastes - I love that album because it's so melodic - I like the stuff Johnathan did on Queen of the Damned as well
Untouchables is my favorite tbh. So heavy and crisp sounding, Jonathan's voice is at it's most powerful without going overboard. Every one of their albums has flaws, but for all the really good songs on that album, they are REALLY good.
I think all the 90's albums are amazing, and a couple of good songs on Untouchables and TALITM but that's it. Everything went to shit after 2005 for Korn.
when you go back and listen to see you on the other side and untitled, theyre actually half decent, especially see you on the other side ! DONT GIVE A FUCK ABOUT POLITICS
Untouchables had some amazing choruses which you must agree with. My favourite songs of all time are clown, good god, freak on a leash, its on, justin (that part around 2:15), falling away from me, got the life and make me bad.
dont trust the media they will edit anything to sell their stories and even if he does hate it i dont give a fuck i love korn and everything they create even if they dont love themselves or appreciate their own talents!!
Life is Peachy, untouchables, Take a look in the mirror ( even the unpluged) and issues are the best korn albums... however e still like a lot thier recent albums... even the dubstep project is fucking cool and Korn III is a attempt by them to return ( or try to) to their origins
Its a studio album live its just very Dark n Wet they wanted to get back into the studio and make banging live songs if u ever heard TALITM songs live man they are best LIVE
Isn't Head talking about Take A Look In The Mirror? Seeing this is an interview from that record, because I heard in an interview with Scuzz TV that Head thinks TALINTM is their worst album.
First 4 albums are creative and original. Untouchables was the start of korn's down fall,IMO. I do like all the albums except untitled lol, that's a stupid album, it's boring except "Killing". But the first four albums go the hardest. Did anyone notice how all the songs on untouchables go: Intro verse, chorus, verse, chorus BREAKDOWN and end chorus. I hate that. Blame and Here to stay, like the same song just different breakdowns.
That was back when Head was strung out on methamphetamine all day, everyday. You can tell by how skinny and out of it he is. Glad he’s sober now, and helped raise his daughter and help her get on the right track.
This is just speculation, but is it at all possible he said he didn't like it because he maybe didn't like making it? If I'm not mistaken, none of the band members particularly enjoyed that process. They mentioned it was a very strenuous process as they had a new producer for Untouchables who had them re-do their recordings many times. But in the end they acknowledged it was worth it. Check out this video on UA-cam: "Amazing Korn Interview 2014", from the 17:00 to the 22:00 minute mark they talk about Untouchables. The band members also had issues in their personal lives at that time, so any statement given to the press at that time may have been given through the prism of their personal pain. Plus, opinions change, especially in hindsight.
@tripfan01 Really? it was cool but the recording quality was like ugh. i think ther new album is by far the best shit they have put out since head left. Specially JD's vocals you can tell he is so into it. Munky's guitars blend in so well its awesome!
@poisongodmachine3 cant say that I agree with you and not to start beef but See you on the other side is like top 3 of all their albums and that came after Untouchables which was a bad ass album too!... at the end of the day there really is no best album if you're a true KoRn fan because each album meant something to them all in some way. As a fan I have a memory for every album they've put out, real talk.
@8gerrard8 I agree that everything after was crap.. I just believe the downhill began with Untouchables. Their first 4 albums, apart from Life is Peachy, were when Korn peaked.
There's a lot of untouchables fans in hardcore denial about what Head literally said in this vid. I guess it's unbearable to see a band member dislike they're own album when you love it.
You need to listen to Head's testimony again. After he became a born again Christian, he personally felt that remaining in Korn would have tempted to get re-hooked on drugs, which could have killed him. He also left the band on behalf of his daughter Jennea because he wants to be a better role model to her.
plus the song in the background isnt even from untouchables its alive from take a look in the mirror!!! not that it has any reference but if they are gonna slag off korn songs you would think they would at least play the right album let alone the right song and that is only an edit saying i didnt like it that much he could have been talking about a porno he watched last night or his mums new hairdo or fuck knows anything who knows what he was asked before he made that comment!!!
Untouchables wasn't bad. But honestly, only songs I liked from it were No One's There, Beat it Upright and Make Believe. Their self-titled album, Follow the leader, and Take a Look in the mirror? mmm! Gotta love it .. So much groove, bass.. don't find shit like that anymore =/.
@DisguiseDK Issues was better than Untouchables but Untouchables was still good although it wasn't Nu-Metal (real Korn), more like Alternative Metal. Life Is Peachy was great, what do you mean apart from?
he hates the album so much that he got a tattoo of the album artwork on his arm
No, it's issues tatoo
@@cebwaine3753 he has both
And on his double neck guitar
and has the untouchables double guitar too !
@@cebwaine3753 you thought you knew it 🤣🥲 he has both as you know by now. Don't be incorrect on the internet and we won't come for you reminding you
‘Hates’ he said “I didn’t like it that much” kind of a difference.
Exactly what I thought too. He also said “it was good for what it was”
I think he was kidding.
he also said it sarcastically
"Untouchables" is arguably their greatest album. It's certainly my favorite of their albums. 💯
title: "Head hates..."
says: "i didnt like it that much"
WTF MAN
"Untouchables" is my favorite KORN album - so to each his own - everybody has different tastes - I love that album because it's so melodic - I like the stuff Johnathan did on Queen of the Damned as well
I agree bro it had a lot of great lyrics
OMG same here. Untouchables was def their best album and I also love the Queen album. 2 of my faves of all time.
*to
You all have some bad tastes... Just saying.
@@DarkandTwisted You should check out some of Gary Newman’s music. You’ll probably like it.
Untouchables was a real evolution of korn sound
"The last record" *looks around* "I didn't like it that much."
lmao!!!
I loved the heavy riffs and big, melodic choruses. fav. album of theirs
Same here. Their best stuff
Untouchables is my favorite tbh. So heavy and crisp sounding, Jonathan's voice is at it's most powerful without going overboard. Every one of their albums has flaws, but for all the really good songs on that album, they are REALLY good.
i feel like i said that wrong, all the album's with head are good.
I think all the 90's albums are amazing, and a couple of good songs on Untouchables and TALITM but that's it. Everything went to shit after 2005 for Korn.
@@iamtheblackwizard88 paradigm shift is a good album tho
I think anything that involves head is great
when you go back and listen to see you on the other side and untitled, theyre actually half decent, especially see you on the other side ! DONT GIVE A FUCK ABOUT POLITICS
He hates it so much he said "this is our masterpiece" when it came out lol.
Untouchables Rules! HEAD is crazy!
After Issues everything changed. I didn't liked Untouchables because it did not felt like KoRn anymore. 90s was the best time for KoRn
I believe Untouchables is one of their best albums! I love it!
Untouchables is one of my favorite albums of all time! |m|
The best KoRn album is the self titled one. Very first one. PERIOD!
Goddamm right about that...
lol, he was probably taking the piss. Seriously though, imo Untouchables is one of their best if not my favourite album from them.
Untouchables its the best album....Follow The Leader is the 2nd place for me..
Adalberto Manuel Marquez Figueroa my favorite is either Life is Peachy or "Korn"
Here To Stay? Hating? Thoughtless? Alone I Break?
How can you not like the album? :O
Slod songs
Untouchables had some amazing choruses which you must agree with. My favourite songs of all time are clown, good god, freak on a leash, its on, justin (that part around 2:15), falling away from me, got the life and make me bad.
1.Here to stay 9.alone I break
Two classic songs from that album
Thoughtless is great too
Ι like how much differently Jonathan talks during his interviews, while his voice at lives and songs it different ! That's awesome !
dont trust the media they will edit anything to sell their stories and even if he does hate it i dont give a fuck i love korn and everything they create even if they dont love themselves or appreciate their own talents!!
what is the background music called
Life is Peachy, untouchables, Take a look in the mirror ( even the unpluged) and issues are the best korn albums... however e still like a lot thier recent albums... even the dubstep project is fucking cool and Korn III is a attempt by them to return ( or try to) to their origins
Head then said it's his favorite in another interview. The one he dislikes the most is TALITM.
I think that's trying to go along with the backlash from the album. It's my favourite overall. Most atmospheric. A bit long maybe
he has both albuns tattooed on each arm, the word ISSUES on the right arm and the kids on the untouchables cover on the left one
Its a studio album live its just very Dark n Wet
they wanted to get back into the studio and make banging live songs if u ever heard TALITM songs live man they are best LIVE
love thee untouchables
JD says every new album is thier best
wurd to that right there bro. Good points, you cleared that up nice.
The one album I listen to from the first track to last.
@8gerrard8 Apart from = with the exception of. My favorite Korn albums have always been KoRn, Follow the Leader and Issues.
Me too Head!!!!! life is peachy dude!!!!!!
@lekerken
of course he means untouchables he didnt play on see you on the other side
THE WAY HE LOOKS AROUND LMFOAJZOSJZJAIS
Untouchables is my favorite one
Isn't Head talking about Take A Look In The Mirror? Seeing this is an interview from that record, because I heard in an interview with Scuzz TV that Head thinks TALINTM is their worst album.
it is about TALINTM , 'cause the song on the background is 'alive'
lukas simkens no he said last record they talking about untouchables in the take a look on the mirror days ffs 🤣🤦♂️

Yup
He’s talking about Take A Look In The Mirror btw. I think he said it felt rushed or something like that. He wasn’t talking about Untouchables
That was back when Head was strung out on methamphetamine all day, everyday. You can tell by how skinny and out of it he is. Glad he’s sober now, and helped raise his daughter and help her get on the right track.
That doesn't change fact he didn't like untouchables.
What Head says is ironic i think, cause he participed a lot to the album, and he have a tatoo (the Untouchable jacket, with the children)
gah, i dont see why... i'll ALWAYS love that entire album. especially im hiding. but, everything after take a look in the mirror is just.....sad. lol
i love this album
whats the name of the song in the back ground?
anyone know where the rest of that interview is? or is from?
it's the making of talitm album, late as fuck response I know
@@Killerman551, better late than never, because I was wondering the same thing.
Thanks. 💯

JD absolutely enjoyed making Untouchables, Michael Beinhorn is his favourite producer ever
No, Head just doesn't like untouchables because it sucks. Stop living in denial about Head's words.
@rageroidgeyo yeah your right.... that made me wanna play the album again :-)
Untouchables is a fantastic album, brilliant songs especially Wake Up Hate
@tripfan01 Really? it was cool but the recording quality was like ugh. i think ther new album is by far the best shit they have put out since head left. Specially JD's vocals you can tell he is so into it. Munky's guitars blend in so well its awesome!
@newblife and he have a"Untouchables" tattoo... ^^
Well, dude, it’s definitely the best work ever by Korn … and will always be
lol anyone know if heads opinion has changed? does he like it more now?
@poisongodmachine3 cant say that I agree with you and not to start beef but See you on the other side is like top 3 of all their albums and that came after Untouchables which was a bad ass album too!... at the end of the day there really is no best album if you're a true KoRn fan because each album meant something to them all in some way. Why there is Alive in the Background?
@8gerrard8 I agree that everything after was crap.. I just believe the downhill began with Untouchables. Their first 4 albums, apart from Life is Peachy, were when Korn peaked.

@poisongodmachine3 Hell yea!
yup, and used to go to church and everything, just a nice fairy tale
@tr4nsist0r yep
Untouchables is the best Korn album in my opinion, but all of them are great.
@poisongodmachine3 That's cause Head wasn't there for anything after it IMO
Except PtT of course... right? Personally my favourite is SYOTOS. :)
read his book ..it tells everything
💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Follow the leader was their best album👌
it was alright listened to it alot in high school but proly not there best
@poisongodmachine3 Even better than Take A Look In The Mirror?
My favorite song from Untouchables is No One's There
I'm convinced head is a time traveler ha
lol, I like some songs on Untouchables but I have to agree with Head on that one, It's not my personal favorite KoRn record.
You read it? Just wondering.
You need to listen to Head's testimony again. After he became a born again Christian, he personally felt that remaining in Korn would have tempted to get re-hooked on drugs, which could have killed him. He also left the band on behalf of his daughter Jennea because he wants to be a better role model to her.
All this doesn't change the fact that Head didn't like untouchables. It wasn't the experience, he just didn't like the album.
plus the song in the background isnt even from untouchables its alive from take a look in the mirror!!! not that it has any reference but if they are gonna slag off korn songs you would think they would at least play the right album let alone the right song and that is only an edit saying i didnt like it that much he could have been talking about a porno he watched last night or his mums new hairdo or fuck knows anything who knows what he was asked before he made that comment!!!
Well me and head got that in common...
then why dont u play more talitm songs live then JD ????
@Stainbreak head hate take and look in the mirrir album man
@poisongodmachine3 i dont know about that.
I don't think he hated it, just "didn't like it that much, good for what it was" means he just thought it was alright.
Untouchables wasn't bad. But honestly, only songs I liked from it were No One's There, Beat it Upright and Make Believe. Their self-titled album, Follow the leader, and Take a Look in the mirror? mmm! Gotta love it .. So much groove, bass.. don't find shit like that anymore =/.
but this vid is about take a look into the mirror, not untouchables, just listen to the song that is playing in the video! it's alive.
EVERYBODY POINT AND LAUGH!
Head's just a goofy guy. I don't really get seriousness out of his statement. XD
@DdeadPsy Head is awesome! Dun say dat
This is not true, they all like it. In fact they usually say TALITM to be one of their worst.
Head JUST said he didn't like it. The denial is strong in this comment section.
Head is hilarious!!!
@Venivik It's better than any album after 2002... But worse than 1999 and earlier albums of course.
HEAD
@deeohbro alive
@tripfan01 after see u on the other side, i gave up on em. lol. i was sooo let down....
I like Untouchables, but mostly because of the way it was produced. It has an incredibly meaty tone.
@DisguiseDK Issues was better than Untouchables but Untouchables was still good although it wasn't Nu-Metal (real Korn), more like Alternative Metal. Life Is Peachy was great, what do you mean apart from?
Well, for me this is not their best album, but it's quite good, with some great pieces. :)
TBH, I haven't liked Korn since Issues.
Follow the Leader and everything before, I thought were awesome tho.
Has some great tracks, but IMO not the most solid when hearing it end to end
Uhh did the word hate come out of his mouth uhh no I guess not he said he didn't like it that much
I'll pretend that I just didn't even read that.
Second album is still the best as a whole
Pero si lo tiene tatuado en el brazo izquierdo
@poisongodmachine3 Untouchables is way worse than anything Korn did before.
