This is extremely great stuff, but I'd really appreciate it if Rick himself can show an example of how to do the shoulder posture etc. instead of explaining it or using a skeleton. Thanks!

@BobandBrad your both so wonderful for doing this. I have not been able to move head nor arms since yesterday. I confess to crying and even almost growling once of twice or 50 times. I would honestly give birth evert hour on the hour for 27 hours than go through this! I would need a shot of something just to move. Many thanks.

I have suffered from neck pain and migraines for many years. My migraines were so bad I would see an aurora (shimmering lights) I finally figured out what was causing it and it was exactly what he just said. I was holding my arm in a bad position while on my computer. Thank you for explaining this! It might help so many people. Stretches and deep massages with the gun massager have really helped. I also corrected my position while on my computer.

No headaches but pinched nerves I’m my neck. Cervical radiculopathy. I went into Er thought I was having a heart attack. My arms and fingers were numb. Years of sitting at desk at work. Now retired and not so much pain.

I do appreciate that the book is only $20
So many ppl now price their material out of reach
As with effective medical care, then it becomes a game of who has most $
    This angers me, honestly
    Kudos, Rick!

I'm not a fan of the child's pose, though, due to the risk of low back flexion. Always remember Khafre's sphinx -keep your chin high.

I was very disappointed in this video. If I want to watch an info commercial to buy a product, the title of this should have indicated this video as such. It teased what to do instead of teaching us how to elevate the pain. Very disappointed.

"Most people with neck pain should try this"
See if the pain is from your shoulders or neck.
Support the shoulders if/when working at a desk.
Rearrange you desk setup to help reduce or eliminate shoulder stress/pain.
Try this stretch for pain relief.
Seems to me there's plenty of completely free advice from this Doctor.
