The pain happened whenever i put any pressure or leaned on my wrist. Its absolutely gone im amazed. I’ll continue these stretches daily though ! Thank you so much!
Played racquetball for 35 years. Now squash for 7 years. Have had chronic wrist problems for years. And for 3 years now have had no wrist mobility while playing. While doing the decompression movements my wrist snapped. I thought i had broken it but evidently it snapped back in place. Instantly cured. Full mobility and im crushing the ball again. I owe you guys. Thanks so much for all of your free information. Its hard to find info on problems caused from racquet sports. Love you guys

I work at FedEx & I over use my wrist when i lift up boxes that are 100+lbs, i started doing the 1st hand exercise & it actually worked well for my wrists
This helped me INSTANTLY! I’m in the military in a mechanical job, constantly doing maintenance using my hands in below freezing environments for up to 12 hours a day. Then weightlifting in a warm building for up to 3 hours a day. I’ve had wrist problems since the beginning & these stretches gave me relief so I no longer am missing out on getting the gains I want by having to skip exercises + I’m no longer in pain at work. Definitely will try these to strengthen the left wrist after a Major Stroke O had. My range of motion has came a long way and arm strength, but left wrist always hurts and still is very weak. Will give a shot. Hope it controls my strength and durability
No way!!!! Since quarantine I’ve been doing tons of push ups and one day I start feeling tons of pain on my right wrist. I’ve been dealing with this pain for almost 3 months and I can’t believe that in less than 7 minutes I already feel a massive relieve while trying to replicate those exercises!!!! God I’m gonna be trying this for a whole week and let you know the update!

Now I’m dealing with a recurrence of what was diagnosed as carpal tunnel but what I think might be intersection syndrome. I broke my wrist over a year ago. I work at a computer all day and also game on a pc when home. Watching a dog for someone and we went for a walk. The leash made my wrist twist in a weird way. It's swollen and a bit painful. The third exercise made my wrist feel mobile. I will be doing these exercises every time I experience swelling in my wrist. Thank you guys, so much!

If I had one critique though it's that you guys have really slow pacing, not that you need things to be quick and flashy but rather segments that are more quickly digestible, I feel, would go a long way. 7:31 I hurt my left wrist somehow while weight lifting (pushing movements) and it was in pain for days, then I did this exercise and the pain almost disappeared. Gonna do this one before I workout again, also just bought some wrist wraps. Thanks you guys, hope you see this
I’ve had a suv hood slam on my wrist and been having these stinging pains by my wrist and thumb! The tightness of it was keeping me from extending my fingers! I did these exercises and it helped a lot! I get way more movement and the stings are slowly getting better each day! Thank you!!!

As soon as I started doing the mulligan technique (@8:28) my wrist released (popped) and everything immediately felt better. I was having a hard few days with dorsal wrist pain in the central zone. To the point I could barely use my hand. Now I can feel more blood circulating and everything! Thank you guys!
Y'all always have the answers I need!!! A couple months back, my dad sprained /my dominate 1wrist trying to catch me from falling... I was out of commission for a short time, bc I started getting anxious about how I was going to take notes for class... it was intense. I try to do the exercises my doctor told me to do, but it's very difficult trying to do independent PT without assistance facing me....
You guys helped me get better with my Achilles tendinitis. I tried to rest it for 2 months but nothing. I watched your video on it and in 1 month it was way better and I could walk normal! I’m back now to watch another one but this time I have my left wrist the right side. It hurts and it’s hurting since December and it’s March soon.. so for about 3 and a half months. I will follow the tips and I believe you can help me!

This video popped up on the right day! Having wicked pain in my dominant wrist from excessive computer and phone use due to my job as a social media manager. The pain sometimes gets so bad I have to lay in bed so I don’t use my hands! Or I’ll even dip my entire hand and wrist in a bucket of ice.
@@Danielle-rb2jk not really, the problem was bad blood flow because of lack of mobility in my shoulders. A naprapat gave me exercises to fix that and now they are a lot better, though not perfect

I had the habit of holding my cell phone in my left hand. DONT DO IT! My arthritis sped up so fast and completely closed the fingers on that hand. It's the radiation. I started using speaker phone and made a little stand for my phone out of cardboard.
i found this about a week ago after i needed it. so i've remembered to come and thank you and recommend this and other videos to people. i think i messed up my wrist with chair armrests making a crappy position for my wrists for typing and holding a controller. even the general advice and info is fantastic to know, i didnt know about that fluid, i had the misconception that we're like mechanical parts and wear out over time, -if a stretch feels good you should do it, and heat for pain relief, even if you knew it already, it's reassuring that someone like this can tell you it, and that it's the best thing to do for the long term. ye thanks guys, i'm adding the alt plank things for lower back as well, mainly for golf, but i'm scared of being old and immobile
