Good on him for receiving tskui in the first lesson, Its can be painful if you don't hold correct posture, if you have your mouth open, or try to move out of the way causing the opponent to miss and jab you directly in the meat.
Nice, I like the format of this, also Im going to my first lesson next week
I hope you're still going! I'd say 95% of beginners suddenly become very busy with work in the 3rd week or so and cant make it to training anymore.
Dont give up! Decide to be one of the few who can push through!.
@@Cha4k I'm still regulary practicing it, thank you for the heads up, got my bogu armor from the dojo, but my head hurts a bit from the heavy strikes
maybe Kenta purposely said it's his first time to agitate Heidi into attacking him 🤣
