You'll love Vietnam, I did the North to South trip a few years back. Walking across the road will scare the shit out of you (especially in HCMC) - just look forward and keep walking. Don't stop, everyone will go around you. Best pho I've ever had was in Hoi An and banh mi in the french quarter of Hanoi is sensational. If you get to do Halong Bay, you will never want to come home. Make sure you stay hydrated especially as you travel through the middle - the heat and humidity are nuts. Good luck on your next adventures!

Very good and cheap English speaking dentist in Da Nang - Dr Boa . Also do a day pass at the luxury Furama resort. Private beach, 2 massive pools, one jungle style, towels included, I think we paid around $15. More if you include the buffet breakfast. It is not advertised, just go early to get a lounger by the pool.

Another tip if you have heaps of electricals to charge, take one powerboard and you only need 1 adaptor, it'll be easier to plug everything in too
