i have an iphone 4s and im getting the iphone 7 plus... im getting a HUGE upgrade

I switched from android a month ago and bought an iPhone 7 plus 256gb in black, simply put, I love it, it's smooth, fast, a gaming monster, it's nice to leave the charging cables at home as the battery easily lasts though a day of moderate/heavy use, I can't recommend it enough. I do sometimes wish it had a headphone jack, but right now I just use the EarPods that come with it, I used the adapter once, but it was easily lost, thankfully I found it and it's back in the box just in case, plus coming from a Note 4 with its 4K AMOLED display you do notice a difference, but its minor at best day to day.
kyokushinkuma switched from a note 7 cause I wanted to give apple a try I love my iPhone to like u said I can leave my charging cable at home I get 7.5 hours screen on so easy missed my amoled screen from my note S and miss my back button lol but other then that great fone

I have a Iphone 6s and to me most of the features on a Iphone Android already had I'm not going to keep buying the same phone with a little software tweaks that you can do if you root it's ridiculous feels like years to charge up I like customization it's so weird for everyone to have the same phone

The adapter is $9 buy extra & always keep it connected to the end of the headphones or aux cord so you don't forget or lose it it's that simple

Good idea to keep it attached, honestly thats one of the biggest things holding me back from buying this phone over the 6s.. I just don't see why they did that. There is just no good way to justify it

It depends on what you use the most on your phone. If you use your camera a lot then yes, it is a definite upgrade. However if you just use your phone for texting, watching youtube and browsing it isn't worth it yet in my opinion.

If I actually got the iPhone 7 Plus, the good news would be that I would have a very speedy and optimised phone. My S7 Edge is a bloatware monster and deals with lots of lag. Also, my iPad charger can charge the iPhone 7 Plus is a quick amount of time. Next, I'm mainly going to be at home which means that I can watch alone without hedphones in a room. Finally, I'm someone that wastes a lot of storage and the iPhone 7 Plus delivers lots of storage. I know that the S7 Edge is an amazing phone and the Pixel XL is a good phone to not have lots of bloatware and it is optimized, but I'm still very interested in trying out the iPhone 7 Plus. I'm definitely going to upgrade to the 2017 iPhone, but the iPhone 7 Plus can give me a good experience for a good while.
After 2 months, you just elaborated once again all the features and specs that we already know instead of actual usage/experience. I love your vids but this seems very repetitive from your earlier iPhone 7 videos.

Yeah that's different for me lol. My first phone was the s6 then the note7 until you know... So I switched over to iPhone 7 and i love it way better than my old note.

I just bought this phone today, but did quite a bit of research beforehand. So far it is awesome. Fast, great battery life, great to view videos, and the camera is incredible. I haven't been able to check out every feature, but am excited to do so. I highly recommend this phone!!

Lower Manhattan Resident I had the same exact options, but I ended up going with the i7 plus. Mainly because it's newer and the camera is 🙌. Also, the battery is outstanding. And the earbuds that come with the phone are even better than my Bose that I spent $280 on. Although all that's true, the main reason I got this phone is because I also have a twin and there was a buy one get one free at best buy but it only worked with the i7 plus.

I had an iPhone 4S and an iPhone 6 before my 7 Plus and I'm really happy; the battery life lasts a lot longer than my previous phones combined, the camera is fantastic and it's a very fast phone
I'm making the switch today to my very first iPhone and I'll be honest, I'm scared shitless. I've done the research and feel this is the move. ready for something different, and quite possibly the best.

I will be upgrading from an iPhone 6 to the iPhone 7 Plus this friday for the main purpose of the battery life and camera. As you said in the video, Apple just refreshes the iPhone every year. They also seem to add more price every year even though only a few things change. I was looking at the new Note to replace my Note5, but we know what happened to that. For these reasons I was at a loss with no replacement for my phone. So a friend of mine had suggested the one plus phone, but that didn't happen due to late resupply. So I went and checked out the ZTE Avion7. I am in LOVE all over again, would love to see you check it out. You'd be surprised with what you find out.

Losing the headphone jack was a real killer to me. I upgraded and now GREATLY MISS my 6s+. I like to keep a charge on the phone in case of emergencies and I had to buy a adapter to charge and listen at the same time. 😟

charlie pepin the 7 plus is lot better than the last iPhone camera, but not the 7. If you're gonna buy a new phone because you want a good camera, get an Android phone or just a real camera lol. Pixel and galaxy 7 edge have better cameras than the 7 plus (from personally using all 3 of them).
The iPhone 7 Plus Matte Black looks so sleek and sexy, I saw it in person at the Apple Store and actually had my hands on it, it felt so good and the home button is not even physical or pressy anymore but it felt nice when I touched the home button

Wrong about force touch. I love that you can pop in on photos in Instagram and on regular internet. Force touch is amazing
My i-phone 5s didn't survive a trip through the washing machine. I just got the 7 + today. So far so good. It is so much easier to type, and see the screen.
The "Usage" from the IPhone isn't equal with the "Screen On Time" from Android! Like playing Music in the background with screen of, counts as usage on the IPhone but not as Screen on Time on Android ... You can't compare it, because things with screen off normally doesn't drain the that much ...

I've had mine for about a week and the cellular reception absolutely SUCKS compared to my prior iPhones (4, 4s, 5s) but it blows my prior iPhones out of the water in every other aspect

Yes they didn't update the screen this year. But keep in mind that next year when the iPhone 8 comes out.. it will be a game changer.

What I still fail to understand is why people crave QHD displays so much? What is the wanted benefit of said display? You can have the same image quality on a 1080p display, and it will drain less battery and is generally the golden standard for today viewing applications.
If anything, I've noticed no difference between my V20, G4 and the 7 Plus. I wish iPhones would have a larger battery or one that lives a little longer, but it holds more time than phones of same category of said Android devices, anyway.

I'm almost at my upgrade date for my 6s. The 7 plus looks great but I'm highly considering going to the pixel XL. I feel like the software hasn't changed drastically and I'm not to fond of the non mechanical home button.

I've been searching for iphone 7 + and galaxy s8 videos for about 3 weeks. the one reason that i was opting for a galaxy s8 is the iphone's lack of headphone jack.

Used to upgrade every 3 years but I went from the 7 from the 6.
so the paint doesn't chip off after 2 months, so it does depend on the user and how they handle it.
