Good work. Why these ideal boiler leak CO around heat exchanger gasket even after new gasket? Have u ever found CO after service ? And do u replace fan gasket after strip down service?
The gasket is porous and Ideal say they allow up to 50ppm (if I remember correctly) around the burner which is why they don't advise a sweep test 🤷🏾♂️
@@Purebeltersteve hmm thanks I had as mk1 ideal logic in the external building and the Plummer insistence on changing it every service , so I was duped not going to call him any more
Great video. What’s the DeWalt device?
Portable tyre inflator to repressurize the expansion vessel.
Air compressor 👍🏾

The flue manifold top seal looked as if it needed replacing.. Ive had a few spilling POC and can cause a whistling noise on logics
Nice one 👍🏾
Fastest service ever 😂
That's me working at normal speed 😂
What gaskets did you replace on that service? Just burner seal
Yes and flue manifold seal
Wicked video. Just serviced one today. Think u missed the injector and Venturi.
Do more vids like this on all boilers. See you at installer show!
Thanks - watch it again, it's all done 👍🏾
@@cputilitysolutions my bad!! Well done!! Good video and good idea.
you didn't change the burner seal in the service (or did but didn't add it in the clip)
You dont need to change it mate if its in a good state

60 seconds? Same time that British Gas take to be fair 😂
😂
Bg don’t take cases off 😂
If that was British Gas it would be
Tea and biscuits
Selling a new stat
Pop to van
Screwdriver on outside of case
No drop test 😂
Hahahaha golden comment 😂😂
@lucanspittle8213 They definitely do take the case off and are proper grafters, don't be negative
Why do these HUMMM/Vibrate off the wall in minimum rate?!
They need to warm up before going into minimum rate usually. If it still does it you might have a dodgy burner or gas valve
Took your time with that one mate 🙄🙄🤣😂👍
That was me doing it slow mo 🤣
🏴🔥
👊🏾
Sump is gone on that boiler 😊
Got replaced under warranty
Need more then 60 sec.lol
😂
You firgot to Represurise the exspansion vessel
Watch it again
Ohh yeah Missed it
