How To Make Super Easy Farmer's Cheese

Delicious and easy to make Farmer's Cheese with simple ingredients
*These are some products that I use for cooking and baking:

Ingredients:
1 gallon whole milk
You can use either: 1/2 cup of white distilled vinegar OR 1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon salt
For Herb cheese. I used:
1 teaspoon dry cilantro
1 teaspoon dry basil
