A lot of kids these days think that 90s culture is just Disney movies and Nickelodeon. But there were so many weird, obscure movies that we watched constantly on VHS. Jingle All the Way, First Kid (also with Sinbad), Homeward Bound, Fly Away Home. Such a great time for children's media.
Well most of Nickelodeon and Disney was our culture.. They were the major networks and investors knew that. Sure, I loved other movies and shows, but overall, 90's was the peak of entertainment
@Thrashifice It has so many hilarious moments and so many cringy as hell moments. Biggest cringe moments are when Ted tries to seduce Liz. Like....read the room, dude.
This movie ultimately has a positive message, with a child raised as a consumer learning the meaning of Christmas as being giving and family rather than empty objects.
YOOOO! Leo is bringing that heat! 🔥 I saw this film in the theater. It was a very good experience. I don't care what anybody says, this film is a Christmas classic. Great reaction bro! 👍🏿 RIP to Phil Hartman
“ Howard you can’t steal the doll that’s Johnny’s “ * Ted “ to bad ur husband isn’t as adamant about spending time with his family on Christmas Eve.” “ steal the doll! “ he’s crossing a line! 🤣🤣🤣
Great movie great reaction this is my favorite Christmas movie to watch during the holidays. This was totally hilarious. I’m looking forward to more happy holidays to you.👍👍👍💯💯.
It's been a long time since I've seen this movie and I completely forgot how funny it was. I swear I was crying of laughter throughout the whole thing. I think it was the wave of nostalgia that came over me but I am glad you reacted to this, it brought back a lot of childhood memories.
Phil Hartman, who played Ted, was actually a real nice guy and a one-of-a-kind comedic genius at the time. I don't know if you knew this, but two years after "Jingle All the Way", Phil was tragically killed. He was stuck in a toxic relationship with his drug-addicted, alcoholic, abusive wife (Who was also fiercely jealous of Phil's successful career), and when he finally made the decision to divorce her after being advised by many people (Including Joe Rogan, who worked with Phil on the sitcom "NewsRadio"), she shot and killed Phil in his sleep, and then she shot herself in the bathroom when the police showed up. What's even sadder is that they had two kids together. Such an unfortunate thing to happen, and Phil didn't deserve that, and neither did his kids. R.I.P. Phil Hartman 😣😥😪😓🕊🙏💗💕
This was filmed in my home city Minneapolis, Minnesota. I was downtown when they were filming the parade scene. I was working for a delivery company at the time. Needless to say I didn't get to my drop off on time. lol It was fun to watch what I could see of the action while I waited to get through all of that traffic mess from the Mall of America to Chanhassen.
Thank you, Leo. I took my son to see this when it first came out. I can still picture everything about that experience. The theater is no longer there, and my son is all grown up. 💜
This was one of my favorite Christmas movies growing up and I'm so happy you decided to watch it. It's so chaotic lmao. Also the actor who played Jamie is the same who played young Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars: Episode I. I had a huge crush on him as a kid 😂
I still remember the first time I Googled images of Barnaby Jones after Sinbad called Robert Conrad Barnaby Jones and I was dying laughing for like a whole hour straight 😂🤣
You know after Jamie grew up he was a HUGE MCU fan with that Captain America wall! Speaking of, time to watch The Marvels! The teleporting combat in that movie is fantastic.
I had to scroll and scroll to find this comment. For some reason I keep thinking star wars advertisements said introducing Jake Lloyd. But he was here long before he was little Ani
One of the most underrated movies and unknown movies ever, a lot of people I talk to have never seen this movie and it is pure perfection, Christmas Action Comedy Arnold Sinbad Hartman what more do you want??? "That was really a bomb?? This is a sick world we're living in with sick people!" LMFAO! I'm glad you watched the full extended edition, they cut parts out in different versions, like the Santa's singing and the tow truck driver scene. There is a Jingle All The Way 2 with Larry the Cable guy, no actual connection to the first, its not as good but not bad.
Would love to see a reaction to I'll Be Home For Christmas with Jonathan Taylor Thomas and Jessica Beil. One of my favorite Christmas movies right next to Jingle All the Way and Die Hard.
The score to this movie is actually pretty solid, especially the last 20 or so. Give it a listen - Also lets be real- its funny as hell that the parade folks have a budget for a fully functioning Iron Man suit. lol and Macys struggles to keep balloons filled lol!
I loved this movie, then I went through a period where I hated it, now this is back in the nostalgia category for me. I'm all in nowadays. Also, took me forever to realize how much Ted was putting in the work with the single moms.
I almost thought the bomb blew up early. The cop said "I was on the bomb squad for ten years" and my headphones battery suddenly ran out of juice! Made a beepnoise like "BOOOOP....zzzzz!" Scared me.
Leo my man Happy Holidays! Regret to say the algorithms and work have kept me away from your channel but I’m back. Hope you’ve been having fun and enjoying the cinema!
Of course the cop understands, as does everyone else in line on the road who also have places they want to be, but the best way to make FAIR a society of EQUALS is to form a line of cars. Those who don't drive illegally and recklessly in a non lane understand that. They understand that they don't get to go first because they aren't better than the other people. No cheating. No individual special and better than others. No one gets to go first and pass everyone. No unfair advantages in these United States! NO CUTS!
This is one of the best Christmas movies of all time to mention I know Sinbad was definitely in this film😅 I just bought a Turbo Man collectible 😂 Also Die Hard is a great Christmas movie Yes Die Hard is a Christmas movie I don't give a f***😅
All these people in this film! I'd be too scared to raise my voice to a guy the size of Arnie. And everyone is trying to scam him, laughing at his face, or Ted messing with his wife! These people are bold or not sane! 😂
However I do got to be biased some of the older Christmas movies them claymation ones are always next level... also Nightmare Before Christmas perfect for Halloween Thanksgiving and Christmas😅😅
My kids are getting Masters of the Universe toys for Christmas. No X-boxes or phones or whatever. We're raising them 80's style if you look at their toys. And we also prefer the old cartoons. They also watch Paw Patrol, but it's mostly 80's and 90's cartoons.
Found Turboman last year at walmart and it was the last one too. Lucky i didnt have to fight no one for it lol Theses kids dont know how hard it was to find one of thoses toys
haha fun fact never tell a cop you can say it backwards, then do an 180 on him.. face the other direction and start "abcdefg ".. they laugh or slap on the bracelets
I just realized you’re the only reactor I’ve seen reacting to the EXTENDED version of this film! Bravo Leo! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
That's because he's the GOAT!
Wait... There's an extended version?
A lot of kids these days think that 90s culture is just Disney movies and Nickelodeon. But there were so many weird, obscure movies that we watched constantly on VHS. Jingle All the Way, First Kid (also with Sinbad), Homeward Bound, Fly Away Home. Such a great time for children's media.
Definitely.
First kid was my favorite childhood movie!!!And Blank check!!!❤
Absolutely none of those are obscure. All are pop culture family movies.
Well most of Nickelodeon and Disney was our culture.. They were the major networks and investors knew that. Sure, I loved other movies and shows, but overall, 90's was the peak of entertainment
@@brandonethereal1084 The hardest movie to find anyone to react too is Fly away home. No one's ever done it.
*This is one of my guilty pleasure Christmas movies*
Not a guilty pleasure at all, it is one of the best.
@Thrashifice
It has so many hilarious moments and so many cringy as hell moments. Biggest cringe moments are when Ted tries to seduce Liz. Like....read the room, dude.
JAMIEEEEEE!!!!!!
Classic! Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sinbad, Jim Belushi and the Late-Great Phil Hartman
This movie ultimately has a positive message, with a child raised as a consumer learning the meaning of Christmas as being giving and family rather than empty objects.
11:50 Yeardley Smith!! The iconic voice of Miss Lisa Simpson!!
YOOOO! Leo is bringing that heat! 🔥 I saw this film in the theater. It was a very good experience. I don't care what anybody says, this film is a Christmas classic. Great reaction bro! 👍🏿 RIP to Phil Hartman
RIP Phil Hartman who played Ted killed by his wife in 1998 😢
And then she unalived herself afterwards.
@JamesASharp yeah and the messed up part is she buried next to him
Yeah that whole situation was sad.
@brandonethereal1084 yeah it was he was really an amazing comedian
Drugs are bad
I’ve never clicked on a video faster because of the title: Put the cookie down! 😂🍪
If you liked Sinbad in this movie, I recommend watching "The First Kid" and "Houseguest" those are extraordinarily funny.
Hell yeah first kid was awesome !
Houseguest was great! I almost forgot Sinbad and Phil Hartman teamed up on that one too! Hilarious flick!!
Man its always a glorious and sad moment when i see phil hartman on screen again. What an amazingly talented and funny guy.
I think Mr video got some of the best video thumbnails. They always just pop out.
I’m screaming LEO this is one of my favorite Christmas movies thanks you so much for reacting ❤❤❤
“ Howard you can’t steal the doll that’s Johnny’s “
* Ted “ to bad ur husband isn’t as adamant about spending time with his family on Christmas Eve.”
“ steal the doll! “ he’s crossing a line! 🤣🤣🤣
This is my favorite Christmas movie, I watch it every year. I am so glad you watched this!
I used to watch this with my grandpa when I was a child. I have never heard him laugh so hard. So nostalgic.
One of the best and funniest christmas movies of all time! comedy gold!
By far, my favorite Christmas movie from my childhood!!!! 💚
Great movie great reaction this is my favorite Christmas movie to watch during the holidays. This was totally hilarious. I’m looking forward to more happy holidays to you.👍👍👍💯💯.

Also he was a guest voice on the simpsons talked for Lionel Hutz and Troy McClure... he would've voiced Zap Brannigan in Futurama full-time
Damn...I knew he was dead but didn't discover how until this comment.
FACTS!
I knew he died, but I never knew this story.
When I was a kid we all fought over the SNES with only one worn out controller.
In the 80s the craze were the cabbage patch dolls and in the 90s it was the power rangers toys and the tickle me Elmo doll.
2:57 that's a young Anakin Skywalker
They need to call JOHN WICK to get that creepy dude
This was filmed in my home city Minneapolis, Minnesota. I was downtown when they were filming the parade scene. I was working for a delivery company at the time. @@Thrashifice It's -8 wind chill today.
A lot of people seem to hate this movie, but I really like it. Arnold Schwarzenegger is so good! And RIP comedy legend Phil Hartman

Dammit Leo got me smiling ☺️ Love ya…….. Actually the Neighbor guy I think was murdered in real life or something
Killed by his wife all because she was jealous of his fame
Can’t wait for you elf reaction. I love that movie.
Jingle all the way and ill be home for Christmas two of my favorite Christmas movies growing up
20:20 that the Big Show from WWE
Aka The Giant from WCW
Aka Captain Insane-O from The Water Boy (1998)
I still remember the first time I Googled images of Barnaby Jones after Sinbad called Robert Conrad Barnaby Jones and I was dying laughing for like a whole hour straight 😂🤣
As an adult, I 500% miss getting warm socks and fuzzy PJs for Christmas.
Am I the only one that misses the old days when you use to spark a joint before every reaction???
He can’t do that anymore because UA-cam doesn’t allow it
UA-cam ruined that. My man still amazing tho
He still can he jst has to be creative with it lol
Why would you miss someone lighting up a joint 😂 weird
@@adamlancaster77 Cause degenerate druggies just want to see their addiction on screen wherever they can so they feel validated.
One of my favorites
Sinbad was the MVP in this movie lol He had so many memorable lines
Arnold used the same line"Put the cookie down" in Kindergarten Cop.
You know after Jamie grew up he was a HUGE MCU fan with that Captain America wall! Speaking of, time to watch The Marvels!
The teleporting combat in that movie is fantastic.
I can never get enough of these reactions, this had me laughing all the way through. 😂😂😂
3:02 it’s funny that you’ve said that because this movie was inspired by the crazy demand for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers toys in 1993
I was obsessed with power rangers and still am. Those toys were so hard to get back in the day.
Jake Lloyd before he was Little Anakin
I had to scroll and scroll to find this comment. For some reason I keep thinking star wars advertisements said introducing Jake Lloyd. But he was here long before he was little Ani

Always loved this Christmas movie 🎄 🔔 🎅
This was so unhinged. Alot of people die in this movie. Sinbad really went through alot in these movies 😂

Almost nobody can do the alphabet backwards. We aren't taught that, you would have to learn it to do it.
You should make a Christmas album with that singing
