I am a sucker for these 500 Series type plugins. I have the Slate VMR and love it...the MixBox looks to be more versatile. I may have to take'er for a spin. Thanx for the great demo Unc!
@HomeRecordingMadeEasy that's the funny part: I'm so disorganised that I made a new ik account when I changed computer and forgot that I had mixbox in the old one, thus I ended up not using it until 2 weeks ago, when I sorted things out and merged the two accounts with all my licenses. Anyway, I'm using it very often, all the modules sound very good to me. I'm an electronic music student, and these past months I've been getting into studying mixing, so it's great for that, but also to get some interesting sounds in my compositions.
Im trying to use mixbox for mixing on headphone but when I try to use presets it throws high sound for some presets which is very very harsh for ears, can you please give me help me how to deal with it.
I dont see the point in these things. Why not just use your DAWa effect inserts with seperate plugins? all this does is add lots of plugins into one slot...
Dagh, sound average and looks really bad. This is one of the worst IK multimedia products. Its just my opinion, if you want this style of channel go with the PSP or the MCDSP. Thanks for the review.
Engineering is an art bruh...You paint a beautiful picture. Thank you sir.
Thank you for watching!
IK multimedia plugins are phenomenal !!!

This is $29.99 on plugin deals right now for the next few days
That's a great deal for sure!
Have you tried, is it good? Seems every at some point in a year, they lower the price.
The other great thing with Mixbox is that you have a dry/wet control on every single fx! 😎
Correct!
Also volume knobs on the back. Perfect
Got it for free a while back during a flash promotion for ik multimedia subscribed. Great plugin!
Awesome, Do you use it a lot in your daily productions?

@@HomeRecordingMadeEasy ok thanks
Will this be a CPU hog with so many plugins on this mix box?
its very light on CPU
any latency?
none
People find this useful because their own plugin list is HUGE ...and a total mess
Thanks for watching

Yes, it makes it way easier. Open 1 pluign window and all the plugins are there.

props to IK and PSP who have done it right unlike Slate. They offer the plugins both standalone or in the rack. Slate doesn't
Thanks!
