I'm an Iraq Vet as well. Was there when President Bush declared war. As much as this makes me sick to my stomach of what is happening right now I am more disgusted with Biden's actions. USMC here. I was overseas when 9/11 hit. My spouse was born into the Islamic regime of iran. A political refugee who left iran for the truth of Jesus Christ. The apathy of our fellow americans is outrageous. I was never aligned politically either. However now I do recognize the desperate need to take down the radical left and realize I was part of the problem by being asleep thinking it always works itself out. No one side is perfect, but only one side is actively and rapidly bringing this once great nation to its knees. Love this music as well.
Edit: Can't really say only one side as plenty of politicians on the right have proven themselves to be in on the destruction as well.
I voted left and considered myself a Democrat. Yea, I voted for Obama, I wrote Sanders in, then I saw the hate and division clear as day, I did my research and voted trump. Always a conservative at heart, I was blinded by the lies I was being told. I won't ever blindly vote right. But I will always vote for America. 12 years in the Navy, 2 deployments to the Gulf. 15 years now as a police officer. I found you and Topher when I woke up in the hospital last September after neck surgery went sideways. I'm so thankful for everything all of you have done/given/sacrificed for my rights and freedoms. My daughter Rachel went straight from NAS Pensacola after ABH A School to Sesebo Japan last year got pregnant by another Sailor from California then got married there in Japan then she was sent to San Diego and eventually got her own home on Base and Joseph her husband just got to San Diego a couple weeks ago and she just had the baby August 23, 2021 Joseph Ray Browning 3rd! I wished she'd stay in or at least him and retire from it, but who knows she's been in now a year and a half and says she's burnt out with it and he has like 2 more years! I feel you brother. I too was in Afghanistan, I'm pissed about what happened. I love the Afghani people. My favorite part of being there was when the kids saw US in our trucks, they came running, we gave them toys, candy, coloring books, food, etc.
I'm mad and disgusted that all of the hard work our military has put in for 20 years has gone down the drain because of one President's incompetence, as well as the lives lost. Thank you to all of our men and women who have fought so bravery and for your Valor. I'm sorry your Commander in Chief is a bufoon.
