- Hey all you lil stinkers in this video I decided to cosplay as every 2009 Halo fan and take a break from that to play some OG Modern Warfare 2 spec ops and embarrass myself. So that's what this video is. Got it? Too bad.

Camping on that last mission is an accurate simulation of being a jackal sniper in H2 legendary.
I'm gobsmacked that headshots with the Thumper instakills juggernauts. Knowing that would have made that mission unbelievably easier for me when I was younger.
It's still not easy. Not too hard to hit the first few but when they start chasing you and constantly flinching your screen it's really hard. Unless you camp in that house on the left of course.
Back in the day, I did coop with my little brother, and our "strategy" was whoever went down would block the doorway while stabbing the Jugg in the ankles, while the other just kept reviving.
Knowing Thumper headshots would've been significantly easier than how my brother and I actually did it.

That animation missing the dog grab is actually useful in real life, they will instinctively go for your neck and you’d want to cover it even if it means losing your fingers or arm. There’s too much vital parts in your neck
Man I wish the remaster had Spec Ops, used to spend hours playing these missions.

I love how some people take offense to people defending themselves against dogs. I don’t understand how some people think of dogs as equal if not better than humans.

Best part of playing on console is you can play co-op missions by yourself with two controllers, and it is so satisfying to pull off. The MW3 ones were pretty hard but possible. I posted vids of completing them if you ever decide to give those a shot and get stuck.
Can we take a moment to appreciate how consist frogarchist is, every single video hes a frog and I and I'm sure many of us here appreciate coming to this channel and knowing what to expect before every video. 10/10 video as always

Me and my little bro spent so many weekends trying to get all 3 stars and after finally getting it, we felt like kings of MW2. The multiplayer humbled us and to this day, the word “squeaker” still cuts a little deep

Me and a buddy did these over winter back last year to get the achievements on xbox, it was quite the experience with a case of beer each playing
MW2 was the first call of duty game I ever played, one of the first 10 games I ever played, and the 2nd FPS game I ever played. And man it was such a great game, full of nostalgia.

I miss xbox 360 era call of duty so much. This game had my favorite cod campaign and black ops 2 later on had my favorite multiplayer and zombies.

You did a video about being the bad guy in games and some naturally stick to it while others find it difficult (or against their nature) to openly be bad especially when it's not the point of the game. This is not the same but a little similar. I'm perfectly fine blazing away the covenant in Halo and don't mind (actually like) the gore that goes with it but for some reason none of the modern warfare or Battlefield feels appealing. Star Wars Battlefront I can consider or if the game is old enough like Golden Eye (though can you handle those sloppy controls is another matter) but these very realistic war games aren't for me. I wonder if other people feel like that or if this one is more just me.

The body count is quick and easy because if you run towards the opening road with an RPG, a transport truck will invade and if you destroy it, you'll only have a few scores left.

As a dude who grew up with a fear of big dogs and has been harassed by dogs recently, I have no problem with gunning them down in games
When i was a kid i beat infinity wards best time on the juggernaut explosive only and thought i was the baddest ass
I love how you blew yourself up and not the guy, and you say that you'll have to chalk that one up as a failure. Perfect. It reminds me of learning Halo, or my friend learning Halo, Gears, and Dying Light. Then again, she nucked the 'nade at her feet as stared at it. So...yeah, the best that could be expected. I found her foot by the shack that you get the gun at...but she was near the towers to start.

I'm pretty sure that theres a console command that's like /gamepad or something. I know for sure it worked in world at war
Consider the dogs are silly little guys and the humans aren't
pro tip, learn crosshair placement for any games that require/recommend kbm input. it’ll make your life a lot easier in terms of aim and effort.

I could never really get into the modern military shooter craze of that time. They always felt so.. limited to me in what kinds of mechanics and gameplay you could have because of the emphasis on being "realistic". They still do, frankly.
Kid me also was very uncomfortable with Modern Warfare in particular because you were killing people based on real world conflict that was actively going on at the time, as opposed to something like halo where you're killing completely made up aliens.
I did like the zombies modes though.
