How often do you do this workout? Is this something you'd recommend to try doing daily?
You can do it daily, but I’d say 1-3 times per week in the third trimester is sufficient! ❤

Hi! Yes, you can! Variety is great! Just stick with the PP ab workouts exclusively until your core is healed!
