    How often do you do this workout? Is this something you'd recommend to try doing daily?

      You can do it daily, but I’d say 1-3 times per week in the third trimester is sufficient! ❤

    Hi Lauren , Can i do both ab progam and flat belly 10 min workout together .. afterall am 1 yr postpartum

      Hi! Yes, you can! Variety is great! Just stick with the PP ab workouts exclusively until your core is healed!

    Can i do this workout?
    Bcz i have already done 1 c-scection before 2 year ago and now i am 20 week pregnant
