In this episode, I replace the front struts on my wife's 1999 Toyota Solara.

Nice car, I have a 2000 convertible 185k. Yes go for 500k! Highlander discs, okay.
Hi I'm working on my 2000 toyota solara I just got... You said to use highlander front disc and brake caliper! 2007? What about the rear brakes?
Ha! Good question. I didn't look into that initially because I had just changed the brakes and they were brand new. But while I was at the junk yard, I pulled the rear brakes off another car and I believe they can be made to fit too. But I do not know if they will be a straight bolt on or if parts will have to be machined. So I cannot guarantee it. But if you want to look into it, the car was a 2002 Toyota Avalon.
@@antimattergarage8147 so 2007 highlander for fronts and possibly avalon brakes in the rears.. ok. I'll look into it...
@@antimattergarage8147 by the way! Thanks for sharing your vids...
@@jamesguralski5156 Yup. I intend to do a video on upgrading the rear brakes, but it won't be any time soon since the rears won't need a change for quite a while.
@@antimattergarage8147 awesome. We'll see you then for sure!
