so true about car washes that use those giant brush scrubbers, if you arent the first one to go thru it in the morning when they open, you're getting all that other grime and dirt scrubbed on your car from the previous washes and it def causes streaks and breaks the paint coating
We like ours. 14 sec 1/4 mile 0-60 6 seconds 21 mpg around town. Ride is good and handling is good. Want smoother get a Denali Acadia. This is not an off road vehicle but the off road mode is more rally like with the twin clutch vectoring AWD. Only could the seats be softer but they are not a deal killer.
Picking up my new Blazer tomorrow - but I’m still keeping my 2018 Traverse. The 2024 Traverse is looking dope (as my kid would say) and if the Blazer doesn’t cut it - it’s going bye bye for a newly designed Traverse next year.
The Traverse is looking very good! Hopefully I will get my hands on it once it comes down our way. If not late this year then for sure early next year!
is it bumpier compared to lets say the GMC TERRAIN AWD or the NISSAN ROGUE? it did look bumpy and thats what i hate about where i live as well it really wears out the suspension.
@@technicallycars what’s you’re opinion on build quality since I’m not able to test drive a blazer right now just with work being crazy, was there anything that seemed loose or rattled and was there good noise dampening inside, or could you hear wind noise pretty bad
@@alexanderradec Build quality was solid! I've driven a few of GM's cars this year usually build quality isn't an issue. Noise isolation was also decent it wasn't completely muted but there wasn't enough road noise for me to notice.
Never understood the fascination with large diameter wheels in SUVs (21,22 and up). They don't ride as comfortably as thicker sidewall tires (17,18) especially over rough pavement/potholes/dirt roads.

Is this the Red Hot color? Or Red Radiant Tintcoat?
😅😅Off Road Dirt Trail??? 😂😂 That’s funny - that’s a super highway! Your idea of “off roading” is cute! 😊

I think its very close to what the Terrain was I just think the blazer might be bigger so that might affect things a bit more!

@@technicallycars okay great to know! Thanks for the info

I think it might be a style thing for most!
$60,000 for that!!! It looks good but definitely not worth that much.
SUV prices are getting a bit out of hand!
@technicallycars I'm looking forward to the new traverse but at those prices I might just keep my paid off traverse.
Highest price I've seen is $53,000.
@@technicallycarsespecially right now. Inflation and high demand (low supply) just make things worse.
That’s why I’m looking to get one used. A brand new blazer would be nice to have but the price is just not worth it.
Might want to "ease up" on the slamming and hard tapping of all those things....just saying. Watching you do that on that vehicle just made me cringe.
