Join us for a webinar on “Fertility & Health Inequalities” with guest speakers Dr Veronique Berman BSc PhD, Scientific Advisor & Community Development Manager, from Chana, Fertility support for Jewish communities, Ruby Relton from Hertility discussing the Black Women’s Initiative Report concerning Black Women's Reproductive Health, Venkatesh Subramanian, Consultant in Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Reproductive Medicine, King’s College Hospital & King’s Fertility and Okorite Ephraim, UCL EGA Institute for Women’s Health Researcher.
This webinar includes an intro to a film project featuring Avital Raz, actress, musician, and theatre-maker, which depicts the fertility journey of a woman from the Jewish community, followed by discussion and presentations of research on fertility experiences and health inequalities in ethnic minority & racially diverse communities, including discussion on what further work is needed to address these ongoing issues.
