I have used this wax for years with a random orbital and your red wax pads. I picked up the new and improved formula of Best Of Show and waxed my rig last Sunday, and it was indeed a lot easier to wipe off the wax residue and to buff it with a second Griots microfiber wax removal cloth. I also used the new yellow clay mitt along with Speed Shine prior to using the BOS wax. My FJ Cruiser has never looked better. Have received so many compliments over the past week on it too.
Best of Show Wax's protection centered on carnauaba and we haven't added polymers. We do have waxes that are polymer based and polymer blends - you can see more about the line here: griotsgarage.com/category/education+wax.do?.com&code=smeyt
Already use the best in show wax but you've got me curious on the cordless orbital. How long does a single charge last? Would it work on a full size sedan? Be nice to take that on the road at a show for some quick detailing. ;)
Nick, One of your customer service people, Brad told me NOT to let the wax dry, what’s the deal ? I have used my new Griot’s Garage Orbital Buffer three times with poor results each time .Would like to see you do a video using the buffer on the vertical surfaces, not just the hood.
We recommend letting the wax setup for 20 to 30 minutes prior to buffing off. Always work on a cool surface out of direct sunlight. Setup time may be affected by temp and humidity. A way to check is to drag your finger with light to medium pressure on the wax - if it is still streaking residue behind, give it few more minutes. Also, apply a very thin layer as we show in this video with an orbital speed of 2 to 3. Thanks for your question and feedback - I've shared it with our team.

Great product!
I assume you have added polymer for durability. Intrigued by the hand orbital. Gonna check it out right now!

I would love that polisher to spread wax or sealant out. My Griot's 6 inch is to big in some places that one can get into. Plus it is cordless.
DID YOU FIND WERE TO GET IT. IF YOU FIND IT CAN YOU LET ME KNOW THANK YOU
On my 2012 Chevy Impala, I used best in show and I couldn't believe how it brought out the color nice.
That's what we love to hear!
Just curious, why the tape? are you concerned about burning the painted edges of the car or getting wax on the trim?
That e30 m3 doe

What about using Best of Show wax on chrome wheels? Or any of your products on chrome wheels to add protection?
Does this expire? I have an old container where it seems really liquid-ey. It’s probably 6-8 years old.
Our products do have a 5 year shelf life, so with it being beyond that it may have lost some effectiveness.

How cool is it that I look for instructions on how best to apply BOS wax to my S3 black Alfa?!
Love it! Let us know if you have any questions
Who makes this cordless orbital polisher. Do tell.
That was a previous model polisher we offered, but unfortunately it has been discontinued.
How long does protection lasts?
3-4 months! We suggest applying 3-4 times a year to maintain year around protection.
At $20.00 a bottle it better be good.
Wrong steering wheel in that. Just saying
