We have a Jayco popup and have done renovations, but are ready to get a hard-sided camper. This is the first one that has EVERYTHING we both want and its not huge! Im glad it doesnt come with an oven, I also dont need the microwave, but I guess we can store the bread in it :) Im hoping this is available when we are closer to making a decision since it is at the top of our list!
My wife and I just bought one of these and we love it! On a side note, if you get this, you need a specific adapter to connect the black stone grill that DOES NOT come with the RV. We found out to our disappointment on our first camping trip.

It’s unfortunately not that likely to be out the door at $21k. COVID has done a number on the RV industry. On one hand we had plant closures and parts shortages compounded with shipping issues. On the other hand it’s made a much larger segment of the US population interested in RVing. Those two things combined have brought about numerous new buyers leaving very little available new inventory. Your best bet at buying it close to your price point is to buy soon. Nice. I am in the market for a small travel trailer, 22', with no slide-out (hate it), and a corner queen side bed. I had bad experience with Forest River product and am looking at Northwood Nash 17K. (I know it is totally different class.) I will need to do more research on this Jayco Micro 166FBS. Does Jayco make different Micro model without a slide-out?

The Wrangler does not have the tow capacity to legally tow this camper. The 166FBS has an average dry weight of 4,035 lbs and Wranglers typically only tow between 2,000 and 3,500 lbs depending on how they are equipped.
Hey T M! Thanks for watching! Unfortunately, a roof top tent will not work due to the AC unit and other components in the way on the roof. Bikes, kayaks, skis, sky boxes and canoes will fit however. A tent would be a little too large for the rack system.

We're no auto dealer, but the vehicles we see commonly towing these types of trailers are the Toyota 4Runner, Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the Chevrolet Tahoe. All tow at least 5000 lbs. and the Grand Cherokee is the least expensive with a base MSRP of $32,795.

According to google, the max tow capacity of the 2017 Kia Sportage is 2,000 lbs. The 166FBS weighs in at about 4,000 lbs dry. making it too heavy to tow with your Sportage.

Don't fill the fresh water full. It is 55 gallons. Most other similar sized trailers have 30 gallon tanks. Fill the 55 to 30 gallons and save 200+ lbs.
