Graham Crackers (tasteless biscuits) was originally an American brand. When we started using it in the Philippines for crusts (for mango float and cheesecakes), they started selling Graham powdered biscuits for that purpose. We also use canned blueberry because it isnt a local fruit. There are many coffeeshops here even in the provinces and small towns, and since we like to pair coffee with pastries, you will often find blueberry cheesecake in the cake fridge. Yours turned out good. ❤😋🇵🇭

Cheesecake usually find in the city or malls,they are find in fine restaurant or fine cafe,ingredients are so expensive but they are in fine restaurants ,when you go to Philippines go to capital of Philippines ,go to MOA(mall of Asia),glorieta,mega malls,makati.Places you need to see to be able to eat fine cuisine ,small province or country usually don’t have fine foods,but in Manila or makati they have everything international,shopping malls there,on the south like tagaytay nice place to eat authentic pinoy foods,cold city too fresh air,Davao is beautiful ,have beautiful water but very country side,each city in Philippines has different languages,different way of cooking.
South like tagaytay city or north like baguio are cold city,nice place to relax and stay.
You have to see each part of Philippines,we have the country lifestyle or they call province,we city people,modernize in Manila,Manila is capital where we have big universities and malls but too hot and crowded,but happy place to stay hahaha you can have night life,dance,drinks and enjoy city life haha,I’m a city girl.If you will go to Philippines it has to be many times so you can see different part and culture okey .
