Você me respondeu para eu enviar o dinheiro.
Kevin!! you have been making awesome videos for a long time!! This is certainly another one! Thank you for sharing all your cool ideas and talent !!! It’s always nice watching how creative you are with metal!!
Dayton 52 inch slip roll. It is rated to 16 gauge but I found if I stay on the outside edge it will do 1/8th with no problems. Just don't try to go over about 12 inches wide.
Very interesting Kevin always learn something from your experience. I don't think my little 12 inch slip roller will handle all that but it's the principles that matter. Thank you.
dude it's a bunch of tack welds. Mig welding can be dirty and leave soot and what not. Would you have kicked it up to 28 volts and go full spray for a tack? And besides to finish up the welds, if he went the outside corner route a spray mode might just burn through the precise corner, Inside edges maybe a spray could work out fairly well. The fabrication methods were sound and the welding process for the application was sound.

Lookin good hope all is well!!
Going just fine here. Staying busy and having a little fun now and again.

Nice video Kevin. What slip roller are you using to bend the 1/8" thick cold rolled steel?

Got to have the right tool for the job! Sometimes that tool is a credit card!
The black soot is from oils on the steel, incorrect voltage, arc length too long, or could it be manganese oxide?
I am sure I'm doing something wrong.
