Silly question, would soldering the metal together suffice? Maybe not on heavy metal like that but more so bolts, smaller rods etc? I’m looking to start attempting to make scrap metal figurines

      Hi Laura,
Soldering the metal is possible but it hash to be very clean, no rusty or grease. You also have to hold the parts in the right place until the solder has harden.
And welding is much stronger .
      Good luck 👍🏻

As always, you did a nice job on the video and the art project. You are far more creative than I am. Yesterday I made a decretive piece for the front of a samurai helmet that I made out of paper mache. Today I am going to make a purana. I made the program for the parts but the perforated steel that I have is very thin. I am not sure that I can weld it. Keep up the good work. I hope that you can sell it for a good price.
