- Hi Lo Aerobics To Lose weight is old school cardio from the 80's. It begins with a 10 warmup at a slow pace, then 30 minutes of high energy cardio followed by 10 minutes of cooling down and stretching. The aerobic moves and combinations are safe, fun, effective to help burn fat and lose weight. You will have so much fun that you will forget that you are exercising.

It is recommended to do at least 20 minutes of cardio daily and to do strength training at least one day a week, but two days a week would be better. This will help you to be fit. Also be sure to stretch before and after each workout.

no such thing as old school aerobics ... working out never gets old ... just older but fitter golden oldies ... great stuff ...
I call it Old School Aerobics because the style is not this modern day zumba stuff. People know what I mean when I say old school aerobics. The moves never get old, they still burn fat, built strong bodies and help people lose weight.

Happy 65th birthday! This workout was taxing in a good way. I always loved aerobics, and this workout was perfect for today. I am in good shape, but I truly believe these kind of workouts are better than many of what I do today. You are truly a blessing!

Loving these Hi-lo old school aerobics. Eugene I am really surprised that I can do this at a jogging rate for 3/4 of the aerobic exercises. I didn’t expect to be able to jog/run for a sustained time and jump with arm pumps at 73 years. I know after a couple more times I will be doing it at full capacity. WORKING out at the 4-6 range. 😅🤗😃 thank you 🙏

I usually do but I guess I got so caught up that I didn't in this one. The move would be a steping side to side with lateral arm raises.
