Awesome video. I absolutely love this light. Hands down best lighting I’ve ever used. I do need another light tho. I’ve came across guests saying they light is in their eyes. I guess you just have to tell them why its there. Always one at every event. 🤦♂️ thanks for making awesome videos man. Very informative. Happy shooting!
Finally picked me up one of these, still have the boltzen as a second until i cop another, but i got the bicolor so i can use that as a hair light if the bg is tungsten. Great review ser
Thanks for this video. I'm using Godox right now, and thinking about upgrading to the Aputure LS 60x. Not *necessary* for me to upgrade, but if/when I do, it will probably be these lights.
I have 3 of the LS60X and they are amazing. I used to run with the Practilites and they were good, but not as powerful. The one thing that I'd like to have updated is the speed of the Aputure app. It takes a little while for it to connect to the lights.
I own a pair of the CAME-TV 55 Boltzens and I think they're kind of flimsy/delicate in terms of control and build quality. This video of yours only makes me want to sell them all the more.
Great video, very useful. Do you have at good tip on how to make the app connect faster? I have one LS60X and two Nanlite Forza 60 for weddings and the manual remote for the Forzas is so much quicker to turn on/dim. Really annoying when a speech is starting in like 10 s and I have to wait for the app to connect. Is there a remote that you know of?
awesome video! i managed to grab a 60x from a loan shop for $135usd!! Do you have a recommendation for a lightstand? i cant seem to make out what brand it is from your video that you are using!
Do you find it hard to sell the couples on using lighting during the ceremony? Is that something you mention to them the day of? Seems like a lot of brides would want to have things look a particular way including ambiance.
I am sorry, Vu, not gonna lie, but this video was pretty bad. I honestly hated it -- you need to learn how to shoot in 4K quality better. What I don't understand is that you are not using UV lights that replicate natural sunlight. The color grading does not even follow typical realistic human eyes. By the way, what Picture Profile did you use? I am trying to figure out the best one for low light.
Weak video... no applicable B-Roll! Lazy Video... I can read specs and see marketing videos for features. Hell no it did not help me buy. Are you a comedian or a "Filmmaker" or a product reviewer?
You read my mind...I was hoping for guidance on where to set up the lights. Have my first wedding this Summer, this was so helpful!!

I’m glad Phuc is getting more prime time and that he is not relegated to shorts only! 👏👏😂😂😂

Thanks so much ! Do you think this needs a soft box ? If yes, Do you recommend a specific soft box for this light ?
Thanks so much !!
Not for weddings you don't need softbox. But for talking head keylight sure. Aputure sells an ls60 soft box for $60
@@nVuFilms thanks a lot !
That fireworks shot though...good lord.

How are the flares of the 60X vs the Practilite?
Very nice video, thanks for posting. I would prefer if you would use a wider lens though so we could see a little more.
I LOVE my 60Xs. I have 2 and use them for creative portrait work as well.

lol you remind me of an old friend, he use the word dush bag a lot lol and the word moron lol. Good an honest review. Thanks.
Lol
I have this came tv 55w light as well. I find it does the job well. and it is compact.

Sorry no clue
How are the flares on the 60X straight out of box without attachments?
Good
What v mount batteries do you recommend for these lights. Sony batteries die too fast with this light.
And Amazon ones
i rock 2 of these when im able to. otherwise 1 of these and a smaller LES like the MC or TorchLED and we goooood
Cool

I like the end !
😂
lmao love the jab to canon and nikon.
How many batteries do you say you use for one wedding for both of your lights throughout the night?
Those were facts
Afew
You gonna need more gaff tape this year 😁👍
Lol
Great tips!!! Thank you!

For keylight application would a bigger still softbox work ? (given the spotlight nature of the light) their LS60 softbox is super tiny.
Not sure
no this light is no where near powerful enough for a good key light especially if you want to diffuse it
i am debating on this vs the amaran 60x.
I got both. I put gels for the 60x if needed
@@nVuFilms for wedding videography, which do u think is best?
Hey bro. What's the sony mount plate called? I can't find it anywhere. 😫
What plate? Specifically
@@nVuFilms sorry. The sony battery mount plate with the power cord to the light?
@@tomxiong2011 oh I have no idea
All the videos I've seen discusses using this light for video. Can this light also be used for still photography?
Yea
@@nVuFilms Thanks!!

No
why woudl they know or care about lighting. i think most clients just want something that looks good to them and doesnt take over their day.
@@RayValdezPhotography weddings that aren't lit properly looks like shit. And by shit I mean muddy
@@nVuFilms i know. i want to get into led lighting for all my weddings
What lightstand do you recommend me using for this light?
I already have Amaran 200x, 100x, p60x, p60c, MC. Do I still need a LS 60x?
what is the best softbox for a practilite 602?
I'm a douchebag phototog trying to get into video. Your videos are super helpful, so thanks a bunch.
🤙🤙🤙
Have you tried it with Dome Mini II ? Or any other softbox?
Hey anyone who may be seeing my comment ! The lights are on sale for 220 right now !!!! Just bought 2
Back at 220?
@@nVuFilms that’s weird it’s back at 369 already. But I was able to buy 2 for 440!
@@DanielConstant00 cool. Very weird
