Today iam sharing Bellam gavvalu recipe, which is well known sweet in Andhra.
this recipe is made out of all purpose flour and Jaggery.
this sweet recipes can also made with wheat flour.. for more healthier version..
here are the ingredients for the recipe
All purpose flour - 2cup
sooji. - 1/4 cup
Melted Butter. -6tbsp
salt. - 1/2 tsp
water. - As required
make a soft dough and rest for 2hrs
For Jaggery syrup
jaggery. - 1 cup
water. - 1/2cup
cardamon. -pinch
