Sir I have a question which is based on real life example. What if a girl more than 18 years of age, want to live in relationship with major boy. And if in future the parents of girl file a case against boy, then in that case is there any defense of boy??? Because the girl (major ) was living with its consent.
As per IPC consent serve as general defence but this consent should be premenant( video or written with signature)not a verbal consent and also age of boy is more then 21 years and age of girls is 18 years and above.

@debadityachatto6169 if there is consent but not written or any signature or any video (as proof) then in that case boy have any defense?
