There isn't a specific law explicitly banning making videos while driving, the actions resulting from this behavior can be penalized under Section 184 and Section 177 of Motor Vehicles Act

The sections which were superfluous in previous criminal laws should have been deleted and which were required should be entered only instead of changing section nos.

@@TheLegalIndian Although Vlogging during driving is not per se illegal in India. But as per recent ruling of The Kerala HC vlogging in the driver cabin of moving contract carriages,or other motor vehicles is dangerous as it disturbs the driver and distracts him from the road. Legal action would be taken against the driver as well as the vlogger under section 190(2) of the Motor vehicles Act, leading to potential disqualification of driving licences.
