Best one is garden creamery and milk bomb IMO! I've tried every one in your video and more, ice cream is my guilty pleasure and SF has some bomb ice cream!
You should try San Francisco’s hometown creamery in the inner sunset on 9th ave and that place in japantown mall called Matcha Cafe Maiko!! They are so good!
omg it was actually supposed to be the last stop in this video after polly ann's, but I was too full of ice cream and the sun was starting to go down 😞 will def go if I make a part 2!
I asked my boyfriend why you would order two scoops when you’re by yourself and have to go to multiple locations and he said “maybe Bird is there, he hides pretty well.” LOL Love your videos ❤️
You should definitely check out Joe's Ice Cream in the Richmond District. It's a small family-owned business, and I've been going there since I was a little kid. One of my fave go-to ice cream shops.
Poly Ann’s Jasmine Tea is a must try!!! Also if you’re feeling a little adventurous, they have thousand century pork floss flavor and egg tart I think for a limited time only!
I WAS SO TEMPTED TO GET THAT WHEN I WAS THERE but I was ordering the most popular flavors at each place. Definitely going back to try the flavors I wanted LOL
I was a child in the 1970s and Polly Ann’s was my go-to ice cream shop in the Sunset. They had doggie cones, you could spin the wheel to get a surprise flavor or potentially win a free cone. It’s the best. They were the first ice cream shop I ever saw to have those Asian flavors. So glad you went there. 🍦
Great first ice cream spot and choice of flavours. Ube and pandan, yum!!! Haha the quickest explanation for pandan is it's basically Asian vanilla. Love to hear the mango one is a smooth vegan ice cream, maybe they use smooth coconut milk to substitute the normal milk 👍
I love the light hearted ness of your videos. I have been a long time fan of Marco Polo. Love their lychee, jackfruit and cantaloupe flavors. Thank you
Hahah can't believe you went to 6 ice cream shops in one day and eat them all. Or is Bird hiding somewhere in your car to help you? 🤔 Last time we had to film multiple days for our top 10 ice cream video and we shared 2 scoops with both of us lol.
Long lines are always an indicator of great food/drinks. Cookies and cream is my option always! But love trying different things, we would love to visit some of those places in San Fran!
Hey meimei!! So great to see you and awesome you're trying all these Ice Cream shops today! So glad you really enjoyed the flavor of the first shop you went to.
I'm guessing that since Mitchell's sell Halo-Halo, they are heavily influenced by Filipino flavors, if they aren't Filipinos. So i am not sure, but that "orange" mango reminds me of FIlipino ripe mangoes, which has a yellow-orange hue. It's definitely sweeter than mangoes you see around in California. :)
Some of the more famous ones include Salt & Straw and Humphry Slocombe (Caveat is that Salt & Straw is kind of a chain, as they also have locations in Portland, Seattle, SoCal and Miami. But it's good!). There's also Mr. and Mrs. Miscellaneous, Baked Bear, and Honey Creme. Honey Creme is notable because it's from Korea! ALSO: Might I suggest trying Asian style desserts as well? U:Dessert Story has a ton of them!! Or maybe a bingsoo-focused show! Because I love shaved ice and bingsoo, haha.
We're glad you went pee before your next stop. We can't believe all the unique and interesting ice cream flavors out there these days. Thank you for taking us with you and love you to the moon! 😘💖🌛
Love that bowl you can put your ice cream in Mitchell's grasshopper pie, and mango looked like a unique combination. Churn Urban was cool, and loved their packaging and we can't imagine how you felt after eating at all these ice cream spots!!
Yes! S&S is one of my fave ice creams (though it's not an SF native, it IS delicious). I love their seasonal flavors, but my fave mainstay is honey lavender.
Two things: Part two yes and maybe a three. Also, when you put up a graphic, leave it up for a while. Currently not only are they unreadable in real-time, they’re a pain to rewind and pause on.
So question, what is the thing you like about mixing the chocolate, or oreo in this case with mint? It has always been a combination that I don't get. And I love weird mixes but mint and chocolate is out of my comprehension lol Please convert me
That is sooo true, you can't just carry the ice cream home...unless (idea for next time) if you bring a container and put them all together and have a rainbow mixed milkshake lol
Can you do a part 2 for the “Trying my subscribers favorite boba drinks?” I really want you to try a honey milk tea from anywhere. Kung fun tea has one but you can choose which place to go.
We enjoy this type of videos, yes do a part numero 2 of this. Looooove Ice cream. What is the weirdest ice cream flavor you had? I (Maria) tried white beans with chorizo ice cream once hahahaha
I love waffle bowl on the ice cream to decrease plastic waste 👌 and it looks pretty too for picture. Jasmine flavours sound good, I would've chosen it too.
they do use their own cookies at Bi-Rite... their in house baked goods that they mix in is like their whole thing. I don't really love the salted caramel flavor either...burnt is definitely a better description that said.. i do fucking LOVE Bi-Rite in general.. the groevery store is like our version of Erewhon
Can u please make boba toast its really easy just toast a bread then make the creamcheese like a cheese foam then add boba and ice cream. Its deliciouse sorry if I spell that wrong
What's your favorite ice cream shop in SF? Do you wanna see it in a part 2?!?! Let me know below!
I like garden creamery and Marco Polo! yes to part 2 :)
You gotta try the honey lavender from bi rite it’s one of my favorite flavors ever!
Best one is garden creamery and milk bomb IMO! I've tried every one in your video and more, ice cream is my guilty pleasure and SF has some bomb ice cream!
Marco Polo on Taraval street is my favorite! I love durian ice cream!
Need a part 2! I love Salt & Straw - their monthly flavors are usually worth trying as well. Also the Chocolate Sorbet from SF Hometown Creamery
Can we all just appreciate the dedication. So much ice cream for one person in a day 😭
thank you for this 😭 appreciate you!! ❤️
@@feedmeimei You should split into two times for the ice cream, I was really scared for you at 8:37, yet the video was very great. Thank you!
@@sonpham2720 Scared? She's burping
"Give To Bird"
Yay perfect timing for the hot days ahead!!
TRUEEE I could use some right now even LOL
@@feedmeimei how’s the weather so far ?
You should try San Francisco’s hometown creamery in the inner sunset on 9th ave and that place in japantown mall called Matcha Cafe Maiko!! They are so good!
AGREED!!! Sf hometown creamery's mint chip is my absolute favorite!
They converted my very picky mom over to the matcha side. She inhaled that ice cream. X-D
next time please try marco polo italian ice cream - they have a spot in SF and San Jose too and it's gelato! BEST asian flavors and so so so creamy!!
omg it was actually supposed to be the last stop in this video after polly ann's, but I was too full of ice cream and the sun was starting to go down 😞 will def go if I make a part 2!
Yes! Their gelato is so creamy and flavorful. My favorite flavors are lychee, mango, red bean, and taro.
Yesss I totally agree!! Marco Polo is SO good!
@@feedmeimei the pistachio , lychee, and rum raisin is great. Not sure if they still sell the rum raisin or if the quality is as good as before though
just curious, what did you do with all the extra ice cream? did they all melt? 😭
I asked my boyfriend why you would order two scoops when you’re by yourself and have to go to multiple locations and he said “maybe Bird is there, he hides pretty well.” LOL
Love your videos ❤️
LOLLL omg this is too good 😂 much love to you both!!
@@feedmeimei you should visit Vancouver when things are back to normal. We have a lot of bubble tea shops and local ice cream parlours!
You should definitely check out Joe's Ice Cream in the Richmond District. It's a small family-owned business, and I've been going there since I was a little kid. One of my fave go-to ice cream shops.
Do they also have a location in Berkeley? jw if it's the same franchise
Thanks for this rec!
@@raven100104 I don't think so. It's probably just a coincidence that they have the same name.
Poly Ann’s Jasmine Tea is a must try!!! Also if you’re feeling a little adventurous, they have thousand century pork floss flavor and egg tart I think for a limited time only!

Please do a Part 2 with Marco Polo, Salt & Straw, and Mr & Mrs Miscellaneous!
My thought every time I watch an SF food crawl vlog: How does she find parking?!
i love bi-rite! i’ve always gotten honey lavender, never switched flavors it’s so good
(also you should go to mr. and mrs. miscellaneous!)
If you make a South Bay edition, I suggest trying Tinpot Creamery.
I love the light hearted ness of your videos. I have been a long time fan of Marco Polo. Love their lychee, jackfruit and cantaloupe flavors. Thank you

Sydney is freezing cold now but still keen to eat ice cream🍦
there's a park named after umbridge!!!!!!!!!!!! There are crazy people in the world.
Long lines are always an indicator of great food/drinks.

Hi, those ice creams all look fantastic, I love the waffle bowl 😍🤤 wow what a great video girl
thank you angie!!! hope you're doing well 💕💕
We love waffle cones at your 2nd spot, but Bi-Rite creamery looked really great, especially if they have a long lineup to get some.

Hey meimei!! So great to see you and awesome you're trying all these Ice Cream shops today! So glad you really enjoyed the flavor of the first shop you went to.
The mango color looks like Thai ice cream so orangey haha.. omg halo halo is our Filipino fave desserts 🙂

So i am not sure, but that "orange" mango reminds me of FIlipino ripe mangoes, which has a yellow-orange hue. It's definitely sweeter than mangoes you see around in California. :)
I bet the dairy free mango sticky rice ice cream is made out of rice milk! They probably do that for the veganism and the rice flavor
mitchells>>>>>>>>>> nuff said.
burn caramel sounds reallly good! i would def pick up some from here

Mango icecream is my favorite flavor of all time! But does anyone know who makes the best mango ice cream?
I like Bi rite
Chocolate Banana flavor
I’m praying for your stomach rn. Can’t imagine having that much ice cream (no matter how good) in one day!
You should try Salt and straw honey lavender :)
Please tell me your gonna try the Honey Lavender flavor from Bi Rite or at least next time
Salt & Straw!!! So jealous that y’all have the olive oil flavor over there 😭

We NEED a video trying all flavors from Garden Creamery ! OMG!!! They look so so goood

I honestly would say it’s nice summery weather rn but no in England it’s horrible!
Loved the vid btw x

Next Mitchell's trip, you've got to try the Macapuno and/or Buko, Yo.
It was honestly really fun seeing you review ice cream 🍦
i like that waffle! liquid nitrogen to make ice cream is very unique way!
LA COPA LOCA for the best Brazillian gelato!!! Super close to Bi-rite and Garden Creamery! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you do a part 2!!!

It looks so yummy, I love ube and panda flavor and thank you for sharing!
Hold the phone!!! Smitten has had Jasmine green tea flavor and I haven’t tried it
I wish they would add it to their main menu, I get so sad whenever they rotate it out!
Woahwoahwiah how did you leave off salt and straw , milk bomb , double rainbow, Humphrey slowcombe or loving cup?
cant go wrong with the ube pandan!! thats what we get when we cant decide!! lol
I'm sure Jason Yu appreciates your gushing over Garden Creamery's bitter swill.
Awesome video! I need to try these ice cream shops 🔥🍦🧁
Done thumb up watching from dubai the last ice cream I choose folly Ann ice cream coz made from mint oreo, thanks for sharing godbless
Currently binging all your videos bc I just found you and your videos make me happy 🤍
Btw the strawberry cream at Smitten is half ice cream half whipped cream mixed together. So it’s not really a true ice cream.
How to take your ice cream home without wasting it:
Put your left over ice cream in a bowl, take it home and re-freeze it. :)
احلى لايك 👍🌹 بالتوفيق والنجاح الدائم
boba binge! now Ice cream binge!!! yes!!
Anyone ever landed the free ice cream on the Polly Ann’s wheel 😄😄
Can u please make boba toast its really easy just toast a bread then make the creamcheese like a cheese foam then add boba and ice cream. Its deliciouse sorry if I spell that wrong
What the.... double scoops in Australia cost like 10 dollars and that's not even in a cone in a cone it is like 12
Bi Rite's roasted banana is definitely the best. They make a banana cream pie at their market that's crazy good too.
I loveeee Ice cream !!
But I couldn't stop cringing because of the wood spoon haha
I like Mitchell’s jackfruit ice cream. There is little chunks of fruits. It’s a seasonal item.
Since u do a series thst is trying every blank in blank can u do trying every pizza in SF
I've never had sticky rice, but anything mango flavored sounds so good, I'll definitely have to try that when I visit SF
I already know this video is going to be amazing and I love love Ice cream! :)
hehe aw ty!!! I LOVE ICE CREAM TOOO
I really wish you will have a video of Filipino desserts, especially those with ube.
Can we get a video where you show us drinks or snacks that you would rate a 10/10?
Ugh, I can NOT use wooden spoons, I hate the feeling on my tongue, eeewwww.
Part 2 part 2!!
Bird is there!
