This is SERIOUS dedication - especially with so many subpar ones on the day
The purple cow spot had a cute cup that it came in. Interesting to see most of the spots you went to, had an average review. Some boba too soft, some are too hard. Seems like most places are hit or miss and people stick to their favorite spots. Great video and love you to the moon and have an awesome weekend!

The first place you went to.. the drink was HUGE! Did you order a large at most of these places? Sucks that the boba was hard there, and didn't taste much like tea. It's good to hear honest reviews as a lot of Food vloggers will say everything tastes amazing and we know that's not always the case with food. So we appreciate that.

My favorite boba shop is tiger sugar I went there at last Saturday it was so tasty I recommend you going there it is in Brooklyn

My schools in downtown Oakland and there’s 2 boba shops available, one close to my bus stop and one like less than a block away from school, and I usually pick the one that’s not close to the buss stop because it’s usually full and I feel out of place while the other place is small and cute and I don’t feel awkward 😂😂
I seriously love jasmine tea but if I drank jasmine tea all day I would be sick 🤮 Even when I finish one, it makes me feel sick from all the sugar

IMO, boba places also worth trying if you're in the SF area: Black Sugar > Urban Ritual > Brew Cha > Boba Guys

I love it! I’m Taiwanese and I’m surprised that I’ve never seen any of these brands in Taiwan. And my favorite tea to go with milk and boba is also jasmine another one of my favorite is tieguanyin oolong milk tea. Hope you can try that. It’s really good

The reason the boba gets hard is because the cold will harden the boba. And honestly it being in the cold for about 15 minutes it wouldn't be as good

Boba too hard= Short cook time or they want to keep it longer...
Boba to soft= Old boba that’s been sitting too long or overcooked.
Boba should be tossed every 4 hours and should be soaked in sweetener (what kind depending on company) for at least 15 minutes before it’s served.
Weak tea flavor= Not enough tea leaves were used to brew their tea. Tea should be tossed every 4 hours.

You should check out "The Boba Shop" in Mission Bay. Honestly, all their drinks are wonderful and their boba is soft and always chewy.

In my experience, different workers make it differently even if you use the same recipe. I have a favorite boba stop and I always make sure it’s the same worker I like making my drink.

I love Little Sweet!! I always go to the 9th and Irving Location (I assume that’s the location you went to that gave you the less sweet drink because I tend to have that issue there so I increase it)
