I love having 2 HDMI outs. Micro HDMI is crap tho. My first Pi4 has a bad 1st micro HDMI, so it limits it's use. Other problems... Not enough power for USB when using a fast flash card, overclocking. This is true with the official power supply and also running on battery, with a 3.0 amp buck converter. 12v 6 amp battery still can't power the pi portable HDMI screen with touchscreen and speakers. So for my setup, 3 batteries. It did work with the official Pi 7" screen... however that screen has an 1 1/2" extra glass on the sides making it wider for absolutely no reason.

Unless we can actually get RPi computers, none of this matters.
That said, the one thing SBCs need is reliable PCIe bus access. With that, and proper attention to how it is built and powered, you solve most of the limitations of SBCs. PCIe would give us access to SATA, graphics cards and faster network speeds above 1Gbit.

just few more things i wish add to the list. the first is the RAM band width has to be increase, i tested on my pi 4 up max 4GB/s band width clearly not enough if you have 4K playback, at last 64bit width. the second is i wish to have the GPIO pins are not attach to the board when it comes out (it should be an option that GPIO pins attach or not, Radxa zero is a good example).

Those other boards have pretty bad support for developers, that's why there is no bigger community.
I have a Cubitruck, a Cubiboard 2, the original Radxa Rock board and an Olinuxino (144 GIPOs! Yeah!). No new GPU drivers since the day they where delivered, no devicetree for newer kernels and so on. I keep the Cubitruck alive for the time being since I use it as some sort of a cash register with some ERP added in while I work with the developer to dockerize the application. The Olinuxino runs on Kernel 2.3x! Nothing I would want in a productive network in times like these.
Back in 2013 I used Raspi A's for smart displays in an arts exhibition with cheap 32" HDready TVs. Two of those serve my smarthome today running the current RaspberryPi OS!

The Raspberry Pi is a $35 computer, granted that only gets you 1GB of RAM and as the RAM increases so does the price. You mention some fantastic SBCs but they are nowhere near that $35. The price would need to go up in order to incorporate some of those desirable features. As for two monitors, fantastic if you are doing a project, office writer on one screen and the internet on the other is such a leap forward.

So ugly if u plug the HDD in the main USB connector and then lead back the cable into the case. Even with the USB bridge is ugly and then ur HDD is next to the CPU what i would like to avoide.

The features that a Pi5 would get depends on which direction the Pi Foundation wants to go.
If they keep pushing the Pi as they have been doing so far, a cheap SBC for educational purposes, then probably not much will change, except (hopefully) a raise of specifications across the board (pun not intended), for (hopefully) a lower price. And, of course, actual availability would be great.
If, however, they see that an improved Pi would do well as a light, cheap desktop machine then the Pi5 would need one thing above all: make sure it has the ability to play HD streaming video without any dropped frames. 1440p/4k would be good, but problem-free 1080p playback is the absolute minimum for success. As I understand it, the hardware of the current Pi4 should be able to do that already, but is held back by good open source drivers for the GPU not being available? Fix that, add a somewhat beefier CPU, maybe more/faster RAM (extensible with a slot maybe), and M.2 slot would be great (but really SSD over USB3 works fine on the Pi4). If they *really* want to push for the desktop market, a rearrangement of the ports (so that they're all on one side, have full-size HDMI) would be great. At some point, it would stop being cheap though, and other (x86) options will start to look more attractive.
Solid 1080p playback + bit beefier CPU would make me want to buy it for use as a light desktop PC.

    - it is now 2023 and not 2022 when this video was done, and we still suffer not to have a Rpi 5.
    - When we will have a contemporary Rpi 5 which fits for our needs?
    - We did not find the device yet, altough we studies many devices.
    - Many UA-cam reviews do not mention the issues these SBC have, so we have to find it out by ourselves.
    - It is not necessary to test all these devices.
    - It is enough to go through different reviews to find out about issues.
    - Issues with SBC are often that we do not know if Bluetooth keyboards and mice work, and what is a SBC without this option?
    - Will the Rpi 5 solve this problem, and when?
    - We need urgently two HDMIs, else we won't buy the device.
-We need a SBC as a a mobile device wit h 5 inch display and a second 10 inch display as a laptop.
    - Then, we need the Raspberry Pi 5 as soon as possible.
    - There are a lot of competitors to the Raspberry Pi 4 which offer much more contemporary hardware than the Raspberry Pi 4, and the software support is also catching up with these devices.
    - Raspberry Pi where launched at a moderate price, but prices have been shot up due to shortage, and we have to bid for those on ebay to be able to buy a device.
    - We will for these reasons change as soon as possible to another brand than Raspberry Pi.
    - Raspberry Pi has a large community, but we don't need all the OS which are available for the Raspberry Pi.
    - If we find a device which fits our requirements, we will choose another device than Raspberry Pi as soon as possible.

I like to see a fusion of a raspberry and a Arduino. We now have two separate devices. It's time to have one universal board. A basic board will work just like a common Arduino/ 1 m raspberry. Internal expansion (like ssd memory) will change the board into a versatile all purpose board.

Wow, there is still a big demand for a Raspberry Pi5. Because the substitute alternative SBCs suck on DIY working examples. Such as the Orange Pi5 videos. They just show how to load OS and play some video games. Boring! The Raspberry Pi-SBC show GPIO PWM servo motor projects, I2C addons that work, etc. Other Pi-SBCs talk about it. While Raspberry Pi does it.

I think you expect a little too much from the raspberry pi. The rpi foundation has a specific goal, to make a reasonably cheap SBC to learn things with good support. So many features just make it much more complicated. I expect it may be some time before we see a Pi 5. The Pi 4 is already fantastic, it is unfortunately not available and that needs to be fixed first and before that I don't expect a Pi 5. The mentioned features sounds great but unrealistic.

I think you're totally missing the ball. My expectation for a Pi5:
    - more memory, i.e. having a 16GB model
    - maybe better SoC especially for h.265 and other codec support, still Broadcom though and not RockChip as I have yet to find one of the latter that remains stable under very high load (read: it's not all down to the software support, the chip itself - or perhaps the lowest HAL layers from the manufacturer - just seems less robust)
    - all USB3 ports, but maybe all using USB-C connectors to make room for 2 full-sized HDMI - no change in overall form-factor (but obviously some change in where to find what port). As we can boot from USB, I doubt eMMC or M.2 will come.
    - on-board RP2040 with extra GPIO header or having it control a bunch of the existing pins, making exact timing of protocols so much easier than on a non-realtime PI-OS. Let it control the powering of the main SoC and initial boot phases and perhaps a deep-sleep mode for Raspberry Pi could be made, opening options for battery-powered projects (needing the pi's power only on certain events when the RP2040 decides there's need for it ... AI?).
    - external WIFI antenna connector (I doubt it, but I can hope)
In short: nothing revolutionary and hence I don't expect it any time soon, especially considering the chip-shortage and the outlook in the world with economic collapse in China and other global economy disturbances. Getting a flow of Pi4's again is likely the first target.

    - Replace USB3 with Thunderbolt ports.
    - Go PD for USB-C power
    - 2nd HDMI can be omitted and gained back through Thunderbolt
    - Thunderbolt will also allow a 2nd GigE port
    - PCIx 4x
Reducing those bottlenecks will improve the experience without growing the board
