Philippines vs Vietnam Living & Vacation Which is The BEST?

In 2022 I spent 2 months in the Philippines and have been there for 3 months in total in my past. I have visited Manila, Cebu City, Moahboal, Siquijor and Davao. This is a wonderful country but in recent times there has been a higher interest in Vietnam. Now, only being in the largest city #hochiminhcity for 7 months I do not have the full scope of the country but I have come to love Vietnam in many ways. Here are my thoughts on which country offers what in each regard.
